Location, and kindness of the staff. Also it was good food for the breakfast. The room could be a little more comfortable, however it was good and was clean for sure.

I booked a twin room and was given a room with a double bed. Room also had no A/C even though it is advertised as having air con.

Lovely family run hotel, the service from the family is just fantastic. Nice clean rooms and hotel is located really central in town.

The owners were amazing. They were friendly and helpful. Really exceptional. The property is well located near everything. Breakfast was great. Shower every nice.

I'm at a loss for words, wondering where to begin or which features to highlight. The hotel owners are incredibly helpful, caring, and wonderful. I won't list every single favor they did for us and our children, lest everyone get the same expectations. If you have young children, you should definitely choose this hotel. Breakfast is absolutely delicious. The location is right in the city center.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. Even though there wasn't an elevator, I didn't consider it a negative. Everything about the hotel was perfect.

Large, comfortable, and well-equipped room. A great stopover when travelling from Poland to the Balkans. The hosts were incredibly helpful - although the hotel doesn’t have guest parking, they managed to assist us with it. Breakfast was delicious, with everything fresh and nicely prepared.

The room was quite dark and not easily accessible - stairs were challenging. The bed was rather old and not very comfortable.

The room facing the street is very noisy due to traffic, we couldn't sleep most of the night, and it was Sunday. Breakfast is modest. U sobi koja gleda na ulicu je vrlo bučno zbog prometa, nismo mogli spavati većinu noći, a bila je nedjelja. Doručak je skroman.

İt was very friendly and comfortable

This little family-run motel is a great spot if you're staying in the Tuzla city center. The common areas are (surprisingly) very vintage American, the staff is super nice, the rooms are spacious, and the provided breakfast was good quality and plentiful.

There are no coat hooks in the room, and the room wasn't decorated in a style similar to the common areas, it felt like a different hotel. The provided blankets were very thin for the winter, but the staff was able to provide extras. The provided parking was a bit on the tighter side, but complimentary!
