All was good in this hotel.

This is truly an excellent hotel. It's welcoming, homely, great ambience and cozy. On our arrival we had free bowl of fruits waiting for us in our room and on our departure a take away breakfast ready for us at the reception desk. Hotel Manager Sandra was nice. She booked us a taxi with an English speaking taxi driver whom one of a kind man. He collected us from Split Airport and has done like a tour guide oriented us the place whilst we travelled from Split Airport to the town of Medjugorje. Receptionist Anton was great too. He's very accommodating and approachable. Their cleaner maintained our room clean with fresh towels everyday. Location of the hotel was very convenient for a traveller like us. It's few minutes walk away from main bus station, taxis are just around the area, groceries and shops are just few minutes away, lots of restaurants in the area. Half day of being outside in a hot weather condition needs us to recharge and get refreshed before going to church in the afternoon until night and that's what Grace Hotel gives us the opportunity to do this - a convenient place to stay!

Everything about the property was 1000% wonderful. Staff at the front desk the restaurant staff the rooms were fabulous. The hotel is just wonderful. The location was right next to the church you could walk anywhere you wanted to and everybody at the hotel was so helpful. This was my first time to medjugorje, and I will definitely come back and I will always stay at the Grace Hotel. They also have a nice beauty salon in the hotel and the girls there were fabulous and the prices were extremely reasonable. I wish I could’ve stayed another week. I will definitely be back.

My parents recently celebrated their 40th anniversary with a stay at Hotel Grace, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment they arrived, they were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to make their milestone celebration special. The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities one could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. They were also delighted by the stunning view from their window - truly a sight to behold! Every aspect of the hotel was maintained to the highest standards. The common areas were inviting and impeccably clean. The on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious dishes, and the breakfast spread was particularly impressive. The hotel's location was perfect, just beside the church.In summary, Hotel Grace exceeded all expectations for my parents' 40th anniversary celebration. It's a gem of a hotel that would highly recommend to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable stay. They can't wait to return! Thank you, Hotel Grace, for making their anniversary so special.
