Facilities are very outdated Our air conditioning switch was hanging out of the wall, the shower hose was broken. The hotel car park was snowed in and only cleaned once in the 3 days we were there.

Cistoca, sadrzaj sobe (nedostatak mini bara, pokvaren telefon ...), sadrzaj igraonice za djecu, kao i nedovoljno opsiran restoranski meni nisi u rangu hotela s 5 zvjezdica I njegove cijene.

Pogled iz sobe je bio predivan, zahvaljujuci ljubaznom i susretljivom osoblju koje popravlja dozivljaj nedovoljne angaziranosti vlasnika.

We reserved Hotel Blanca and paid for it but few days before we came to the hotel they informed us that they are transfering us to Hotel Pahuljica which is way older and worse hotel than Blanca.

Bazen I spa usluge su zakazale,djakuzi nije topao,vise hladan,bazen I djakuzi trebaju popravke,zastarjelo, Parna soba nije radila...ali maser I kolege su zaista bile jako dobre I usluzne. U restoranu dorucak I hrana su bili dobri ali nije bilo svedskog stola.....nasa soba iako je bila jedna od ljepsih sa pogledom na skakaonu,je bila jako hladna ali su nam donijeli grijalicu I radnici na odrzavanju su nam izasli u susret odmah oko toilet I grijanja,znaci sve ovo je za pohvalu. Nakraju cijena boravka je bila prilicno velika sobzirom na nedostatke,dobili smo poklon Plata voca,za nasu godisnjicu,,zasto smo zahvalni. Otisli smo sa nadom da ce nase pozitivne sugestije I kritike uciniti da se vratimo u vrijema snijega I da nedostataka nebude🤩🙃

Hotel je na predivnom mjestu,ambient prekrasan,osoblje divno,posebno maser Edo,sobarica Merjema,menadjerica Emina konobari majstori...uigrana ekipa koja zna svoj posao I veoma usluzni. Zasluzuju pohvale jer su se trudili da "ublaze" nedostatke kojih je bilo ali treba dati sansu da ovaj novi TIM dokaze svoje sposobnosti I svojim trudom opravdaju 5 zvjezdica koje to sada zaista nisu. Ali vjerujem da ce se oni dokazati jer ovu ljepotu prirode ambient zraka itd.. nema ni u Svicarskoj...hehe Vlasic je Bosanska Svicarska🙂

It seemed as if it did not deserve five stars. The service is slow. There is only one employee, who is the receptionist. The breakfast is not good for me. It did not provide items such as a five-star hotel.

The fact that they give you a minibar full of drinks but you have to pay for it when you check out! They don't tell you that at reception. Every hotel I have been to,minibar was free but this one NO! In our room, the toilet was crooked. Pool was dirty, jacuzzy was cold,floor is very slippery be careful. Only working sauna was Finish sauna, no staff at entrance,other saunas were cold and no one to turn them on. 3 stars for this hotel.

The sauna was good, food is excellent 10/10. Room was good. The view was fantastic and the outside too! A lot to see and do.

The hygiene of the room was not at the highest level. Breakfast is fantastic if you come early in the morning at 7 o'clock. At 09 am there are no supplies. The hotel was full, so we got only one room key. The supply of toilet paper in the room was low.

The location was perfect. The size of the room is huge. Hotel stuff removed the snow from the cars.

Staff and service ,facilities And cleaning there no water to drink the shower door in not closing the water come in the bathroom And also no phone there is no body from admin or front disk in the reception after 11 pm The towels are too old The kiterns look ugly and not fit with windows And there’s nothing in the bathroom such as head cap Brush teeth …. Also there is black things falling from the bathroom fan I heard the loud noise from the next guest bathroom

This is Not a 5-star hotel. Old Outdated furniture. Breakfast is not at the level of 5-star hotel. Cold swimming pool and jacuzzi, mold everywhere.

Ciscenje puteva uzas!! Imali smo srece da smo se iskopali iz snijega i nekako uspjeli otici, mnogi su ostali, jer se putevi ne ciste. Takav nam je bio i dolazak. Mislim, sezona tako kratko traje, trebali bi biti spremni, tko je vec zaduzen, za ovakvo vrijeme.

The bed not comfortable in the middle broke my back. The bed and the room not that clean. In addition the AC not working properly I ask to fix they said it is like this.

Air-condition was not working and they mentioned all rooms have air-condition. Also the phone at the room was not working so every time you want anything you have to go down and ask for it in person. One bedroom apartments are totally unsafe for kids because of the long window doors without any protections from falling down. I booked for 2 nights and couldn’t stay for the other night as I had this bad experience.
