How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Little window because the room was at the rooftop and WiFi was super slow
We recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel in Sarajevo, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring the city. It was conveniently situated just a short walk from the absolutely beautiful central street which was lined with charming cafes, shops, and historical sites. Being so close to the heart of Sarajevo, I was able to immerse myself in the local culture and visit many attractions on foot. The room itself wasn’t big but clean itself and had everything we’ve needed. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and the prime location of the hotel. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to Sarajevo. The combination of the friendly staff, convenient location, cleanliness, and fair pricing makes it as a good choice.

Almost everything was very good just i would like towels to be changed daily.
The hotel was in very good location and it was clean. Really liked the approach of the management in resolving every issue.

Internet is fairly bad. because of poor internet TV is not reliable .
Location is fantastic: very close to all city attractions, taxi stations, trams etc. Easy access in the hotel at any time, car garage is available. Flexible check in and check out. Staff at reception is friendly and any communication on WhatsApp is answered timely.

I had to pay extra for the car park 10€, which wasn't fair.
The hotel was only ten minutes from the center and excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Just one thing...The bed was very uncomfortable, as the mattress was bad in our room.
The room was clean. Hotel location very good, close to the city center. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Great value for money, great location, friendly owner and staff, big comfortable bed. We booked a junior suite for 22€ per night. The room was very clean, but attention to detail could be better (shower head and hose need repair or replacement, shower seal between the glass planes needs attention, random sticker on the ceiling in the living room, more towels and tp wouldn't hurt...). Overall, the location is great (no need to rent a car at all), the place is very clean, the bed is big and comfortable, and there's a TV in the bedroom and in the living room (overkill, but nice to have). The shower is functional, but would be much better with very little investment and effort. The owner is a local guy, friendly and knowledgeable and is happy to share advice on great local gems to visit and eat in (I regret we didn't ask earlier, stayed for 9 days, only asked on the 7th).

The fact that card machine was not working I need to go to bank to take entrance cash and charge me 6 pounds sterling for the transaction and pay when receptionist are there,

Guests are bit loud during their walk through hallway, reception should put the signs or lets guest know to be quiet during hallway walk.
Location is great 5 min easy stroll to the middle of the city center. Everything was clean and value was great.

4 star hotel has to provide safety lock and flip flops, one time I put the clean sign, but they did not noticed

It would be very good if there were separate shampoo and soap for the shower. We could not adjust the temperature of the room, so the room was too hot.
