Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceAbout everything of this hotel was wrong: well located but surrounded by nighclubs blasting music until 3am. Rooms are outdated so not clean, pigeons everywhere near the windows making noise in the morning. Internet barely working, we had no hot water for an entire day. Advertise a parking but they dont have one. I can go on, worst hotel we stayed in the Balkans, would have been acceptable to me if i was paying like 50e by night but i paid over 250e each night for my family! Maybe because of the festival bit still a Bad hotel at an incredible price! I would add that even in term of security this hotel seems quite dangerous there are sofa and beds everywhere in the alleys even on the fire doors. If there is a fire, i doubt you could survive.

United KingdomIt was a shabby room with stained carpet. The sloping roof on 4th floor room was so low it was impossible to stand upright to reach the bed. An uneven corridor and landing were hazardous. No fire escape routes from bedroom were observed. Rowdy party disco beyond midnight should have been mentioned in the booking.
