The location was great, the private beach was great and wasn't crowded. The room was nice with a beautiful view. Wifi was fast as well. The rooftop pool was amazing and fun.

I had a half board… the selection of food for the dinner could be better and I’m not picky when it comes to food. The beach is a bit crowded. There’s a pontoon with sunbeds on it and guests from the hotel next to the Villa Nova are running and jumping to the sea from the pontoon… also the Villa’s guest. So if you prefer a bit privacy and traquility that could be an issue, especially in the afternoon.

The hotel has a private beach, so you’re just a few steps away from the sea. Small familiy like hotel, villa with a separate new hotel across the road. My recommendation is to choose the villa. I had a room with a small balcony overviewing the bay so the view was really relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. The rooms are newly renovated.

The supply at breakfast was a bit poor and unchanged during our five days staying. The fruits were not refilled after running out the initially served quantity. Partly deriving from the close location to the centre we need to keep close the balcony door despite the pleasent summer nights because of the loud music from the promenade's disco and restaurants. However, the balcony door was soundproof fortunatelly.

Hotel staff is really helpful and welcoming. Everything was sparkling clean. It’s a comfortable place to stay. Nice balcony view. Breakfast and dinner options were decent. Nice rooftop pool.

Safe didn't work, TV signal was intermittent some days, AC was not super efficient. Parking should have been free for guests. Above mentioned should be fixed in a 4 star hotel.

Great location at the water front. Friendly staff. They have their own beach, however you have to pay for beds and umbrella. Buffet restaurant is OK value. Rooftop pool area has great views, however pool is just a small pond for kids to splash around a bit. They have garage and also outside parking spots in front of the hotel, you will have to pay for it though.

The actual room we got was extremely small and did not compare to any of the photos. It was comfortable but underwhelming compared to what you expect seeing the photos. It felt almost like false advertising.

As others have said: - breakfast is very underwhelming for this kind of hotel. We only ate once and then went to the bakery across the road instead delicious (and cheap!) pastries. - the ladders going to the beach: one at the end of the platform in particular is completely rusted / we cut ourselves multiple times on this! Serious hazard with children!

Gorgeous views over looking the sea, lovely swimming pool/ right on the water which in Neum is a must as the public beach is overcrowded. Quiet location but near shops/ bakery/ mini supermarket

Staff was very friendly. The resceptionist decided to upgrade our room, we didn't asked for it (we booked a room without balcony and view, he upgraded to one with balkony and see view). He also, first offered a cheaper outside parking spot but we decided to pay more for garage. Also, waiters allway at disposal, nice and helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect. It has its own beach, very convenient. Also, the food is really tasty. We are always happy to go back there.

On vacation, the last thing you expect is to be misled by a hotel, yet that’s what happened to us. We paid a premium for a large double room with a balcony and sea view but were given a small sea-view room instead. When we complained, staff rudely told us to choose between the bigger room without a view or the smaller one we got. The phone in our room didn’t work, and we were blamed for raising the issue at 5pm instead of 2pm, even though we had stepped out for lunch right after check-in. Guests shouldn’t have to compare photos to confirm they’re getting what they paid for.

Dinner was horrible. We had dinner included in our reservation. No drinks included, not even water. Food quality was not even close to what would be expected with the price of the room. Also, we booked a room with a pool view. There is no such thing even possible in the hotel. We were offered an upgrade, a room with a balcony straight to the street. Below standards I would say. And the room was really small.

Ridiculously overpriced and absolutely NOT worth the money spent for a room that was essentially the standard of a hostel, two beds (one a fold out couch that couldn’t be slept on because of the dip) and a bathroom where the toilet didn’t work and the hot water was unavailable many times through the day.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, the hotel is sparkling clean, and the breakfast was hygienic and comforting

I was humiliated by the receptionist. because I arrived with a motorcycle. he asked me to pay immediately. that's okay. he said that I have to pay for parking and for the motorcycle. I replied that I would practice somewhere so as not to take the whole place. At his insistence, I paid and parked. upon entering the room, the stench of cigarettes was heard. there was no kettle for water and salt for coffee, although it should be in the room when I booked through booking. The pool is very small for 6 people but that's ok. I complained about that, he replied that they cannot control whether the guests smoke in the room because there is no smoking detector. that day I left for Dubrovnik, when I came back he sold my parking spot and then told me that I could park somewhere on the other side even though I paid for the parking properly. I can't go to the beach without paying for beach chairs. It would be nice if they included all of that in the price so they made you pay or go to the city beach. On leaving, another receptionist asked me to pay again. I explained that I had already paid. But he didn't write to pay himself, so the latter didn't know. I asked them not to issue an invoice. they gave me the bill. my experience is that for the money I paid, I can go to another hotel. It's not worth the stress. I will avoid him from now on.
