There was no curtain in the room. The shower pipe was broken, and there were no linen. We didn't say anything because it was just for one night but it looks like they have no maintenance. Overall it's a cool place

Hotel Amicus is about 10-15 mins drive from the Old centre of town so it was lovely to experience another part of Mostar. The pool was very good space which the kids enjoyed. Rooms are wonderful very modern and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful

The breakfast was nicely presented, with a good selection, and fresh. It exceeded expectations. The entire building and the rooms were extremely clean, the bed was pleasantly decorated. The air conditioning worked, but we didn't have to use it. The bathroom and toilets were hygienic, the bathroom was modern, the staff spoke good English, and were kind. For a few nights, it was an extremely good accommodation, not expensive.

Provide Halal foods and the staff.

The staffs were brilliant. Bela was excellent. She went out of her way to make us very comfortable. There were a group of Chinese visitors who did not have the right etiquettes when helping themselves to breakfast and were handling everything available. Bela organised a separate breakfast for us when we complained. She and another staff ( unfortunately I don’t remember her name ) in the breakfast room were very understanding. I was extremely surprised when they brought the trays of breakfast to our table. Well done girls. Keep the excellent service and will definitely stay at Amicus hotel again.

Swimming pool not in use due to weather which isn't their fault

Nice location, spacious clean rooms. Breakfast was limited choices but was satisfactory. They made us fresh pancakes when asked. Very polite & helpful staff.

The a/c wasn't strong enough, and the walls are thin.

Nice newish hotel. The staff helpful. The pool was great on a hot summer day. The breakfast had various food. It's right on a main street outside of Mostar. You need a car to get the center. We chose it because we want to be in a quiet outside area.

The location was a bit out of the town, and hard ti get to if you just wanted to walk into town. Is along a very busy road with no proper place to cross.

Amazing hotel! Staff were so lovely and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Room was excellent, clean and comfy beds. The breakfast was amazing such a great variety of food.
