The view was not very nice

At the reception, Farid welcomed us and upgraded our room to a suite, he was very nice and helpful, Thank you Farid. The suite is so spacious and very clean and comfortable

Room was a bit dark. Air-condition was switched off, asked the reception to switch-on, but they refused. Lobby was very dark because lights were always off. We had to ask the reception to switch them on. Only one elevator & always busy we had to wait. Overall the hotel was good.

Room & bathroom were clean & spacious. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were polite & helpful specially Mr. Ayaz the manager was so cooperative

Rooms were a bit dark need brighter lighting. Lobby's lights were always switched off so it was very dark & dull. Only one left is there so we had to wait. Aircondition was off we asked the reception to switch on as it was little hot in the room but they refused.

Breakfast is continental & delicious. Rooms are clean & spacious. Staff are friendly, helpful & polite Mr. Ayaz was very cooperative manager. Safe & quiet hotel good for families.

The location is a little farther away from the main attractions, but transport is easily available.

The rooms are very spacious which definitely will add to a comfortable stay. Breakfast is on the 7th floor, with a decent variety of pastries and breakfast staples. The focus on local cuisine is a big plus. The staff is cooperative and kind as well.

The taxi or cab find it hard to locate the place even if you choose location while standing at the porch. Must always get the receptionist to direct them there. Google maps seems not to locate it well.

The breakfast is continental and is more than what the guest has paid for. It is great. The rooms are very big and spacious. Shower is very fine and they give many toiletries. It is fully carpeted and clean. AC is great. The Hotel is a great stay i would choose this place and recommend it to all to stay here. Receptionists are good at their job. There is no noise. Various sockets in the room. Walkable distance to food outlets and super markets.

No tea kettle in the room very few english speaking people in the hotel require to add Indian dishes in the breakfast will be a instant hit

Once arrived the hotel, I was in doubt after looking at the lobby, it was dark and hot. But once we come to our rooms it was cozy and comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and have a good variety. Manager Ayas, was very cooperative and he also arranged a van in which we explored different cities. The driver "Alirza" he provided was very kind and friendly. It was a great stay.

Only one lift so quite wait is there. Room cleaning never been good, no tea, coffee.

ASKED FOR EUROPIAN TO ASIAN CELL PHONE ADAPTOR CONVERTER WHICH THE HOTEL WAS NOT HAVING SINCE ALL THE CONVERTERS WERE GIVEN TO THE GUESTS. HENCE, THE HOTEL DON'T HAVE SUFFICIENT CONVERTTERS. I GOT ONE ON THE NEXT DAY. MANNING OF THE BREAKFAST AREA WAS VERY LESS FOR FOOD QUARY. FOODS GOT EXHAUSTED EVEN WITHIN THE BREAKFAST TIME. FOOD REPLANISHMENT WERE SLUGGISH. STAYED FOR 3 DAYS BUT NONE OF THE DAYS OUR BED WAS DRESSED NITHER THE BED COVERS WERE CHANGED ALTHOUGH AS PER THEIR POLICY (PICTURE GIVEN), "SHEETS CHANGE EVERY OTHER DAY"

THE ROOM AREA WAS BIGGER THAN MY EXPECTATION. ROOM WAS NEET. TOILET WAS GOOD. BED WAS BIG AND COMFORTABLE. ASSOCIATED FURNITURES WERE GOOD. BREAKFAST SPREADS AND QUALITY WAS GOOD.
