Taxi 🚕don't go nearby plus the owner father is always strict about check out time and always need early money if you extend your stay by knocking your door very early morning like 9 am which can be irritating .

There is no any sistema to change air in the bathroom, small and outside.

The property and the stuffs gave many information s surround of ganja, the location is the center of the city but in the zone of calm and silence. I had a mistaken understood for the reservation, but they didn't mind.

It's a pretty nice place, a standalone annex to a bigger house. The room is spacious and you can use the host's kitchen too. The Wi-Fi is quite good and the location is central. The host speaks some English and his son speaks better English.

They advertise a private bathroom but this is not true. You have to cross the open-air courtyard to get to the shared bathroom. If it rains, an umbrella is needed. Cash only.

This is actually a homestay and the hosts could not be friendlier. My room was big, comfortable and as warm as toast. Location is very good. Simple breakfast available for an extra charge.

Bathroom outside, kinda uncomfortable when its cold and you should use it during the night. no sign outside, not very intuitive to understand where it is located. Short bed (but im 1.90 mt tall)

The host was very nice. It felt like home. Other guests and I are and chatted together in the open area. We (other guests and I) went out to see Ganja together. Great experience.

We were promised to have private bathroom, but it was shared with other guests. It was good, but some guests may find this issue a bigger problem.

Nice, comfortable place to stay at very close to the center in a quiet street. Bakery, shops, restaurants and fast food places are nearby. There is a common kitchen where you can cook anything. Trip organizing is available also.

Incredibly solid bed which didn't have a proper mattress, my back hasn't recovered yet. You have to go outside to use the toilet and shower which was a bit grim in the rain.

Really lovely and very friendly host with a great love for 12th century poetry and a pot of tea on the stove all the time. Friendly cats. There is a kitchen to sit in and a little courtyard. Great location right in the town centre.

Room was fine with 2 people present, but would have been cramped with 4. There was little space for belongings. I arrived at 6 and wanted to sleep a bit more. Ended up sleeping through my alarm and woke up around noon. They charged me for a full night for the morning of arrival. (They offered "if you can afford it", but you can't really say no to that.)

Friendly owner. Very graciously woke up to allow me in when I arrived at 6am. Great wifi. Good kitchen. Comfortable beds.

The taxi driver had problems finding it (although I don't know why, it's exactly where the map says it is). There wasn't always toilet paper.

The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked really well. The owner and his son are wonderful. There is an outdoor kitchen and eating area with hob, kettle and fridge, and the owner invited me to share breakfast the first morning. Nice courtyard to sit in and play with the kitten!

Pro tip: short twin beds, so just join two of them together yourself.

The place can be described as adequate, including the shared bathrooms. Mr Huseyn is a lovely warm man, prone to singing and good feelings. His son gave excellent easy directions to proceed to Tbilisi. I unfortunately was too sleepy to join the midnight birthday celebration Mr Huseyn was so keen for me to join. Tea was always available on the stove when needed. Not much happening in Ganja; it's mainly a transit point to Georgia.

We stayed in Huseyn House for one night. The feeling that you get is like being in your house. The owners are really friendly and welcoming. They also have a cool cat named Hooligan. We had a nice traditional decorated room with 4 beds, some amenities and a shared bathroom. The beds were comfortable for me for one night but for someone with back issues, it's a different story. Overall a clean place, in a central location! Recommended it for some more nights

The location of the homestay is superior, with a walk of 350 meters to Ganjia Mall, surrounded by markets, supermarkets, and small shops. The boss is a kind and hardworking person, and the entire area is very clean, providing warmth and comfort to our home. It also gave us a lot of help. If I travel again, I will definitely choose to check in again.
