They guided us clearly about pool access and breakfast timings, making us feel welcomed right away. Our room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfectly comfortable — but the real charm was the stunning community the hotel is set in, with breathtaking weather, scenic views, and a gorgeous pool. Everything around the pool was well-arranged, complete with fresh towels and a relaxing atmosphere. The on-site restaurant was a delight — we enjoyed mouthwatering kebabs and perfectly cooked pasta. There was also a lovely children’s play area with slides and swings, where my daughter had an amazing time. Breakfast was served in a separate, beautifully designed building that felt more like a cozy café than a dining hall. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were cheerful and attentive, and the breakfast itself was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful. Even at check-out, the staff went above and beyond, helping us with our luggage and ensuring we left with the same smile we arrived with. For the price we paid, this was a superb, unforgettable experience — truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in, and a place I would love to return to.

The breakfast is delicious, with a great variety to choose from. The food quality throughout our stay was outstanding—everything was fresh and full of flavor. We enjoyed it so much that we often had lunch and even late dinners at the restaurant. The meals were consistently excellent, both in taste and value. Plus, the fact that the restaurant is open 24/7 was incredibly convenient. The pool is another standout feature—it's large, deep, and very clean, perfect for relaxing or getting in a good swim. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!

Late check out with a smile. Big bathroom Strong ac Clean and well maintained property. Restaurant had excellent service, and breakfast had a variety of dishes. From reception to the restaurant all staff were friendly, helpful,knowledgeable about services and activities in the area. Special mention to the general manager Mr Elsecar who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Offered us a relaxing place to sit in and enjoy complimentary tea and cakes while we waited for our taxi .

PakistanThe door handles to the pool rooms are absurd. It gets stuck multiple times before it can open. We got stuck in the room twice. It has to be pulled up and then the key needs to be inserted. It’s outdated and old. The pool rooms will have bad smell outside the rooms because people are swimming and stinky towels are kept outside.
The location was good, the attractions were nearby and made it easier to access the cable car and other attractions by car. The laundry lady was sweet and amazing. She helped us out at a tough time late night and did our laundry instantly. The breakfast was great and there was a huge number of choice.
