Underground, secured parking. Quick check in. Friendly staff who speak English and Russian. Room was spacious. Good air conditioning, clean, amenities in bathroom. Hot pot and new water bottles every day. Breakfast on site in the restaurant was good, enough options. Restaurant we had dinner both nights, was very good quality and value. The location was also good, just 5 minutes to the historical part of the city.

perfect design for restaurant and hall. room was good as well. clean. cozy and quiet place to stay. great location in the city center. free parking available until 22.00 then garage is closing. however in front of the hotel they have available parking for free. fitness also included to the package however we haven’t visited.

Very friendly staff. Very good location with parking outside and also free parking available in a covered parking area (part of the shopping mall). Excellent restaurant onsite with delicious food and very friendly staff Spacious well decorated comfortable room and bathroom. Very quiet.

The whole hotel is great, the room is comfortable and spacious. The big downside was the lack of hot water during my whole stay, which they only said sorry about but didn't really bother anyone. The bed is great, and the rooms are quiet, so a good night's sleep is guaranteed. The breakfast is good, and so is their restaurant. Overall it's a very good hotel.

The family room was big - had 2 big rooms, location - in the center and in the mall.

they hardly had any vegetarian options in the restaurant. The bathroom door opens just next to the bed.

Hotel is located inside a Mall… Great breakfast, and amazing restaurant.. Staff really polite and helpful, despite not all of them speak English, they are really cooperative to make your stay smooth. The gym is not located in the hotel but in the mall, and the entrance is included, and this is amazing. Big room and clean bathroom, cleaning service is excellent

Try to fix the small problem in the bathroom like the flush :)

Hotel itself is clean, cosy and pretty. Furniture and carpets are of a decent quality. Applied design works very balanced between ancient and comprehensive styles. Location is ok and covers major needs traveller can face.

Breakfast could be a lot better for the price!!! The comment applies both to quality of the food and variety of the choices. Breakfast was a huge disappointment!

After a stuttering start we had a fabulous stay here. We were allowed to check in early when we had expected just to leave our bags and go exploring. The location is excellent, just a shirt stroll away from almost everything you would want to see, and Bolt taxis will cheaply get you to the rest. Really good breakfast, albeit a little repetitive (we did stay 4 nights), in the restaurant without having to go out into the shopping centre as others have reported. Staff always did their best to help with limited English, but that's part of the fun of travel, isn't it?!

Nothing really. The roads are busy but not a patch on Baku so we slept much better. Check the curtains in your room. We were initially shown a room where the curtains didn't cover all of the windows. Eventually we got sorted out but they didn't really seem to appreciate the problem. One member of staff finally realised we wanted a "black room"!!

Hotel is part of the mall right in the downtown of ganja town. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Everything was excellent. The facilities, the room, the decor, the cleanliness. It was perfect! The service by Banu Ahmedova was beyond exceptional. She spoke good English and was very attentive to our needs.
