My kids got scared of the water slide staff and didn’t want to go back to the water slides again! After that one ride and that’s the only reason I picked this hotel because my kids love water slides they were excited about the slides but that lady just ruined everything She didn’t tell them nicely that they needed to wear their wrists bands to get on the water slides put nicer and calmer staff at the slide not grumpy snd angry old lady

In most hotels there are some early morning coffee and tea arrangements in the room, that I missed.

Shuttle to and from hotel. The room was very nice (nr. 5552) Nice entertainment. Overall maintenance has a high standard, pools, showers, garden. Very friendly staff.

Beautiful pools. Clean comfortable rooms. It was great to have Dunkin D, an outdoor restaurant, and gift shop directly on the property. The shuttle was great and the staff was polite and helpful. It was great to be in easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants.

Rooms were a little outdated but still very clean and comfortable.

The property was very clean and well kept. We loved that there were multiple pools we could hang out at and the bar/restaurant on site was very convenient! The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I booked my trip a long time ago like last july and then i had found out i had to pay 35.00 a day for first floor i have a medical issue. I should have to paid that 35.00 a day i was locked in on price

Front desk needs more resources. Always a wait for everything. IMO it seems like too small of a desk for the size of the facility.

The overall experience was great. All staff were very friendly and helped us enjoy our vacation.

It was a little boring for my teenagers. I wish they had beach activities. Also change the age of the adult pool to 16 instead of 18

The front desk and bell staff are rude and a bit strange, they don’t seem to want to help guests and actively avoid them. It’s a shame because the hotel is actually quite good, all other staff I spoke with or had interactions with are all helpful and friendly, the rooms are good for the price and the hotel has nightly entertainment (it’s quite noisy but it was always done by 7/8pm) we had a 1 year old with us and she enjoyed a little dance while it was on. It’s a good location and we walked to the house one night and it took about 20 mins but it’s probably a bit warm to do it in the day. To sum up the stay, I’d say it was great value for money the rooms were well appointed in a good location.

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Aruba Resort. We were happy to find a supermarket within walking distance. While the pools and the beach were close and great, many of the restaurants and shops were a bit far away. My husband and I could easily walk to the downtown area, but in the heat, it was hard for my children aged 6 & 8 to walk that far. The cabs are cash only and can be quite expensive. I highly recommend renting a car for at least part of your stay on days you plan on touring. We found some nearby restaurants that were pricey but delicious. Catch, Red Fish, and Asi Mi Peru were great. We went to Flying Fishbone. It was an amazing meal with a beautiful sunset view. It was a $40 cab ride each way!

The location was great. It was in a quieter area with a very short walk to the beach. The Superfoods (grocery store) was just a short walk across the street. Many Restaurants were close enough to walk. Pools were very clean, overall the food was good at resort and the all staff were all nice.

Make sure you keep track of your receipts for what you purchase at the resort restaurants. I payed all bills on my card and did not charge any to our room number and there was a bill we had to pay when checking out. Happened to another couple as we were checking in so I knew to be aware of it. Simple mistake and for me it was not too expensive. I just payed it since you really can’t prove you didn’t charge it to the room. Just be cautious and aware of this.

It's not right on the beach (but that's a small drawbackand no hotels in that area are right on Eagle Beach), and the food in the resort itself leaves much to be desired.

It's a great place for families and great value for the money. Low key, user-friendly across the board. Spacious rooms, easy access to the beach (awesome beach!) and the rest of the island, close to some good restaurants.

Rooms need some updating. Have been to this hotel for over 9 years and could use some updates. Also, a newer, updated pool bar/snack bar/restaurant. Disappointed the casino is gone on property so only near by option is across at lacabana.

Amazing staff and daily activities. Big rooms similar to apartment with living space and kitchen and separate bedroom. Multiple pools. Great room air conditioning (a must!). Very close to beach.

Cleanliness ofor the room before entering suite. Could use a bigger oven.

What I liked was the location. The staff were very friendly. First person taking relevation was a bit unfriendly, others were great. Door men and taxis were great when requested. The beach was close. The room was a bit dirty before we checked in, and we didn't receive new towels when requested. Liked the bar staff very attentive. Everyone seemed to be having a great time at resort. Liked location near the Food supercenter for the suite for the week.
