Great location on the beach and at the end of the high rise section so didn't feel too overcrowded. Nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sun set. Everyone was lovely and always very helpful. Great place for a holiday.

The hotel is beautiful with a ton of chairs on the beach. Other hotels have reviews that complain about getting a beach chair. Compliments to the Rutz for having a ton of chairs and umbrellas on the beach and around the pool

United StatesThe communication between the promises made and the execution of these promises from the team on the ground was terrible. They did something I really hated. They all blamed each other for the miscommunication. In the end, the concierge manager, Reena, saved the day and made things right.
The entire resort was a "10," as I expected it to be since it's the Ritz Carlton! I asked for an upgrade, and they happily upgraded me for almost double my initial reservation. I found the business side of the vacation frustrating and a little shady. I was promised select upgrades for being on the concierge floor, which I only got because I complained bitterly. I was asked if I wanted the same seating every day, but on multiple occasions, my seating was given away to someone else. I was told I had select seating at the pool, and the seating was the worst seat on the beach. Lastly, I was told my resort fees were not going to be charged to me since I paid for this big upgrade, but I was charged about $101 additional each day. I had to get management involved to compromise and split the difference between them.

United StatesI didn’t like how people came down early to the beach and claimed lounge chairs…for hours. There is supposed to be a 2 hour limit, but chairs around us were vacant until noon (towels plopped at 7:30am). Not very classy.
Hotel is beautiful, great fitness room/gym, incredible beach and location. Staff was so friendly and helpful.

United StatesThe hotel is far up on Palm Beach away from the nightlife and action, which is a positive for some and maybe a negative for others. They do have taxis ready right out front to take you places which helps.
The room was very spacious, as well as the entire hotel layout. The service was incredible and food at the hotel was very good, including even lunches at the Madero Pool Grill. We took advantage of the snorkeling equipment, paddle boards, kayaks and floats that were all offered free for guests.

United StatesI found that the service both at the beach and from the housekeeping staff was under par. Everyone was polite and friendly however the wait staff at the beach would disappear for long blocks of time, forget your order or never come back with your order. Would forget towels when setting up chairs in the morning. Housekeeping missed one day, and provided inconsistent turndown service. It's Not that it was bad its just not Ritz Carlton level service. Food is grossly overpriced in both restaurants.
The facilites were clean, not crowded,and provided a wonderful beach.
