For the size of the hotel and the classification of an all inclusive resort, there are not enough elevators. I also need to use a business center and was surprised that there was not one there. The staff did offer to print whatever I needed though.

Breakfast was my best service. There were many selections but, the oatmeal with raisins, slivered almonds, fresh fruit and fresh fruit juice did it for me.

The room was old. Outlets wouldn’t hold a plug. The fitness area was a disgrace. Old. Broken equipment. Treadmills never worked. Also, construction and the noise was annoying. Restaurants weren’t open every night and too small to accommodate many people.

The outdoor amenities and proximity to beach. The staff was exceptional!!! Kudos to Raul at the pool bar. We loved his friendliness!!! He went above and beyond to help us.

The elevators were not working, and some of the staff kept telling us that we weren't supposed to use the service elevator we had to share the elevator while they were transporting dirty linen dirty dishes, extra bed and other things that we shouldn't have to share a elevator with

The beach way too crowded. Not enough pool chairs to accommodate the guests. Not enough beach chairs and huts to accommodate the guests. Maybe build another pool and add a beach if you can. Many of the staff are not friendly. Seem unhappy with their jobs. The front desk people, maintenance and housekeeping were nice but most waitresses and some waiters were not. Also too much latino music. Maybe do a mix of that and rock. Our room coffee pot made very weak coffee. Probably broke. A cup was dirty and there was dust in the coffee maker. Twice maintenance had to come to fix our door lock and charge it with computer.

The Buffett and all the restaurants were nice. The shows were awesome. The pool beautiful. The bars awesome.

The value of the property is not accurate to what we paid. We were expecting something way better. The installations were not in good conditions in some of the places.

The rooms were a little tired and a little noisey, the bathroom was a good size & the shower pressure was good & also there was plenty of hot water even at the end of the day. The gym was struggling with power for the machines, some days it worked but half the time they didn't. Also, the equipment was kinda tired, a facelift would be nice.

The breakfast & dinner buffet were very good, lunch was kinda meh. The RIU location is fantastic, walking to the downtown was easy & safe! The specialty coffee's & dessert bar were a really nice treat. The location to the beach was as good as you could imagine & the beach was pristine!

I stated there last year and found the AC was not working well in the halls or elevators . Three times we had were not given towels. I called down and once they never showed up

The AIr condition was stuck on 68.9/20.5 and it was really cold in our room. Also, the Italian restaurant was really bad. We didn’t try the others after that and stuck to the buffet.

Our room was large and had a wonderful ocean view from the 10th floor. The pools were a perfect temperature and everything was very clean

The dinner service is absolutely terrible. Advertised as 6-9:30pm. If you dont get a table at 6pm you may not get a table for the rest of the night. Even when you get a table it takes way too long to get dinner. We waited for 2.5hrs to eat at the steak house. We enjoyed our stay other than the dinner service but will lot return unless this is changed. Anyone should be able to walk in between the hours given and get a table. I assume it’s because of being short staffed. Need more staff if so.
