The villas did not meet our expectations so we had to request to be moved - the villas should not be considered an upgrade. The weekend crowd was quite loud, with people running up and down the hallways in the middle of the night.

The staff was great. We loved the elite pool and the easy access to the beautiful beach.

The blowdryer in the room caught on fire and the staff was notified twice in order to get this resolved. Nothing was resolved and my hair was burnt at the cause of this. I was highly disappointed in the fact that nobody came to check the safety of the blowdryer and no technician came to ensure the safety of it staying in our room. I was not able to do my hair for half the trip as a result.

I enjoyed the beachfront atmosphere. The quality of the experience was great.

Bed was so hard and pillows not great. Limited seating at the sit down restaurants so you have to go early and grab a spot in line.

Beautiful location, staff was incredible, food was good. Buffets were excellent t with lots of variety. Drinks are a heavy poor and most are premade so it’s quick. Heavy focus on environment (all reusable drinks and such). Beach is beautiful and great snorkeling. A little crowded and have to get to beach early to grab chairs and a tiki hut. It’s dark early (by 7:30pm est). Lots of excursions. The people/staff are so nice and fun. The wind is no joke but welcomed with the heat.

Always having to wait for the elevator, rudeness of the majority of the staff, not getting the room we paid for, availability of specialized restaurants, people using vapes and causing the fire alarm to go off.

Second time at the RIU Antilles. Great as usual, they do a fine job with everything. Very friendly staff. They did change ( downsize)some of the liquor choices. But we managed 😂Concierge was very helpful with scheduling our cave tour.

Door keys constantly de-activated necessitating twice daily trips to reception. Limited chairs / palapas on the beach unless you were there by 7am to claim a spot. A/C system in the room was very loud and would click on and off maintain the temperature.

Extremely friendly and capable staff throughout the resort. Located near all the restaurants & shops. Buffet selection and quality was excellent. Never any lineups at the bars for drinks. Beach was beautiful. Clean and comfortable facilities.

I cant say there was something i wasnt pleased with! This resort was amazing! i guess the only down fall was we didnt see more of the island because we were so content at the resort!

This resort was everything we wanted and more! great staff, food, and drinks! the whole week we were there we only left twice because the resort was more than enough for all of our needs and wants!!!

The beds were very uncomfortable, hard to sleep on. The location of the shows were uncomfortably hot. Mostly due to open windows. However this placed needs to be air conditioned if white and neon parties are held there!

Hotel could use some renovations/ujpgrades. While the common areas (lobby/eating areas) were very nice, the sister hotel (Palace) was more opulent. Noticed some peeling wall coverings and floor tiles. Our room was very nice but could have used some more electrical outlets, especially in the bedroom!! One outlet is not enough today with so many things needing to be plugged in! I also wish the mini bar included more mixers than just soda. Would really have appreciated maybe some canned juices along with the soda. And some snacks!! One last issue, the restaurants. Should be able to make a reservation, not have to line up at 6pm, otherwise you can't get in. And if you do, there are only like 6 choices on the menu, should be more choices. We were only able to get into a restaurant one night, thank goodness the buffet is so good!

Staff was excellent! Everyone was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you!! Food at the buffet was very good and plentiful. Liked how there were different choices each night, nice variety.

Bathroom stall and bathroom sink was in separate rooms too far away from each other. Breakfast buffet food wasn’t hot just lukewarm except for the fresh made omelets. In 2 restaurants you could get wine no other alcohol drink.

The bed was too firm and uncomfortable. We didnt need our room cleaned each day but when we asked for more facecloths the attendants were hesitant to supply more.

The buffet meals were extraordinary, and the staff were all very attentive. The pool and beach were awesome, and we enjoyed the activities offered.

The resort was very nice. Rooms could use some upgrades, but still very nice. Everyone that worked there was wonderful and efficient. Loved the shows at night and the buffet had a good selection of food.

I felt that there was a subtle tendency for the front desk staff to treat some differently. It was very difficult getting into the specialty restaurants after waiting on long lines. Required Reservations would be more effective
