    From the moment we stepped out of the Taxi...excellent service...friendly helpful staff...loved the ambiance and the vibe of the boutique Hotel...at dinner the restaurant was happening...and from the view and the food and staff...EXCELLENT!! We can't wait to return..

    Breakfast was lovely! The waitress made the experience very personable which was amazing. The location was ideal for all our plans, and we were able to park our rental car right outside. Staff in general were really nice and they made an effort to make us feel welcome.

    The experience would be 10/10 if there were all inclusive options (or just meals offered during the day)

    beautiful location and large suites with beautiful outdoor open bathrooms in the pool view rooms

    room flooded into the bedroom one night when it rained

    Thank you for your review although i am very surprised of your judement about the rain that fell in aruba when its the first time we have had so much rain. i belive you are a bit diasaointed because you wanted me to retun some money becose of some rain that came in to the room since we have open showers that averyone loves. We always advise to keep doors closed of the bathroom and the shower also shut, that is why when we know its rainy season we give out extra towels so it can stop from enetring the room .i do appologoze if you did not understand this and forgot to put the towels , in any case its nature and i cant controll this. iam looking at your rating and totally surprised about the service 7.5 cleaning ???? i do not agrre at all with what you wrote and very surprised after how we gave you a great service . have a great year . sorry i thought you loved it all. eva

    No wonder there are only 12 reviews for this hotel. I paid $7000+ for the stay, just got so disappointed & annoyed by the hotel It's super noisy at night. Cheap window& door& A/C all keep making annoying sounds whole night. I fell asleep at 5am the 1st night; woke up 4am on 2nd night; had to move to the little "naught room" with my son the 3rd night(I had to drive to a supermarket to buy a tape&tape the window to stop it from making noises Do not book if you have kids staying with you - the super loud music outside does not go off until 11pm every night. They would even come to your table at breakfast & let you know that you son wetted the bed the night before and the maid had to dry everything EVERYTHING they use is CHEAP-disposable slippers, towels, AC & door(keep making noises), keys(guests can simply duplicate the keys if they want to),etc..There is no privacy sign outside the room and the maid knocked the door real hard and woke me up twice the first day while I was sleeping. The only non cheap thing they are using is the shampoo&conditioner from Bvlgari, but they did not refill them twice, AND they changed from Bvlgari to something that doesn't even print any production information on it on the 4th day of my stay.This is my first time seeing a hotel change the brand of shampoo..They try everything they can to save their budget Hot water went out on day5, came back after we were asleep. No shower that night after having sweated a whole day Reception did not reply to WhatsApp when I sent messages about the noises in two different days, but replied instantly when I wanted to book trips with them website says 5-star but google says 3-star. I can keep writing how horrible this hotel is without any stop for 1 hour,but there is word count limit.

    I am so sorry what you feel. we made an acception with you becuse your son was not a samll baby. in the room you chose, usually that is for adults only because of the infinity pool. evrything you are writing is tottaly false and very exagerated people need to go to the tripadviser and read the reviews of 1000 people, not what you are saying . Should we not mention to you that your son urinated every night in the bed ???? i find this that we need to mention beacuase you have ruined out matresses and we did not even charged for this. about the soaps, yes we give out the bulgary once a day but we are noy obliged to give out the same day 3 times the same amenities so we have for the kids a very good and nice replacement . Cheap???? i have nothing made in China, evrythibg is from italy and spain !!!!!! so i dont get what you want to say to the people. Really i do not want to continue answering your comments since its all crazy. have a great year , eva

    The breakfast is excellent particularly the staff, but the choice is limited.

    The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the beaches. The room service was awful, they did not change the bed linen for 3 days, until i asked for a change. The wet air made the experience worse. Furthermore, there is no central AC in the room, have to adjust the direction of the window unit AC in the evening, which made the stay very uncomfortable. Even worse, the roof was leaky on the 4th night and there was a lot of water poured on the floor and the owner said nothing let alone do anything. The west side of the building where the entry locates often has a pond of water from floor cleaning, it is dangerous to enter in the evening because it will make your shoes completely wet, the least. This is the worst hotel i ever had stayed, particularly for the price they charged. will never book it again and encourage you to think it over before booking.

You came in a very bad time where aruba was full of rain and we cant control this . HOW can you say there is no AC?????? thas really crazy you are saying this . Aruba had its worst time of rain and we cant control the wather , but we could have moved you from rooms if you would have said or complained and of what i know it was the last night this happened, its easy to write later .
