Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandI booked the apartment for my older Dad. Whilst clear instructions were provided finding the lockbox was not easy. We wanted after checkout to find a convenient place to store bags for a few hours for Dad - an option was eventually found. I think an arrangement on site should be made or should be clarified on the booking page as this is a common request with afternoon flights. No toaster.
Great location. Clean mostly well appointed apartment. Management very receptive. Check in instructions provided. Great view, comfortable and spacious.

AustraliaIt was not the accommodation I booked and had to wait 2 hours to access an ‘upgrade’. I sleep in one half of one bed and did not require the upgrade to extra beds or an extra bathroom although it was a blessing in the end given it helped gain access to wifi. I used the balcony for approx 15 mins in 4 days and have no idea if this was an upgrade or not. I didn’t need a balcony. The cistern surged continuously in the bathroom closest to the bedroom, I slept with earplugs There was an issue at 2.15 AM which I eventually tracked down as coming from upstairs. Given the cistern issues I incorrectly presumed there was an issue with the plumbing generally. ZEN’s reply to my concerns was a request to take a video …! At home I attend to my own repairs and I’m not in the habit of paying for the privilege to do someone else’s. Eventually, found consistent Wifi in bathroom #2 between the toilet and sink. Very noisy though as the fan came on with the light … alternatively, worked in the dark and turned up the light on the iPad screen. The lockbox instructions were either off site or on-site. Confusion reigned. Contrary to Instructions, the gate to the garbage area (around from the swimming pool), was locked. This entailed taking the garbage out of the property, into next door where the recycle bin was nonexistent. I couldn’t wait to leave.

According to the booking information, I believed I would receive a room with kitchen facilities including refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, tumble dryer and Balcony. These inclusions were the reason for choosing this accommodation on our 6 night stay. We noticed with interest that the same information regarding this room was stated on Zen88's website. Confused!

Australiathe pool was out of action due to repairs. we were told prior to coming that the repairs would be completed prior to our visit. we weren’t advised that pool was out of action until at least end of May. We paid for a room with pool access but didn’t get it. Being in Darwin that was one of our must haves. There were some maintenance issues that should have been fixed prior to letting out. the towel rail in the bathroom is hanging off the wall so not usable. The cold tap over the bathroom sink has a very loud banging noise that neighbours would be able to hear.
