Great location, walking distance to the Waterfront Precinct, esplanade and surrounding shopping, coffee spots and eating places. Very clean and well equipped apartment with generous items like cling wrap, coffee, sugar etc. nice quality clean serving ware, glasses etc. The balcony BBQ was clean and handy for dinners overlooking the great harbour view! Great communication from staff and easy check in details.

The pool was cold!

This property is perfectly located, easy walk to the waterfront and Darwin city, even on the most humid days. It’s a nice apartment with a great view. One thing we found so helpful was having really comprehensive kitchen and laundry facilities - sometimes you stay at a place that says it has a kitchen and there are maybe four cups and a blunt knife. This place has everything to make day-to- day chores during your stay easy; yes washer/dryer, but also clothes horse and heaps of detergent and a washing basket. Yes a dishwasher and oven, but also salt and pepper, sharp knives, a sandwich press, a coffee maker, etc. When travelling with a family it’s so helpful to have this level of fit-out so you can easily do all the boring stuff at home (no hours wasted in the laundromat) or save money (not eating out for 3 meals per day).

Really nothing that rates a mention … the allocated car park is very tight but we were in a large 4WD and I also appreciated that parking is included with room hire.

The apartment was fantastic - location, facility and cleanliness. Could not have asked for better.

Different codes received for key collection created some confusion, however the hosts were able to address this as soon as I contacted them by phone.

Spacious, clean, well layed out, fantastic view, short walk to city centre and waterfront, good aircon, modern, good appliances and cleaning products available. Good parking. People we dealt with were helpful. A lovely place.

Location and view great for purposes of having something on at Convention Centre. Great air conditioning All facilities including washing machine Two bathrooms Very comfortable beds and lounge area Great prompt communications with management/host with problems addressed swiftly and easily. Initially no coffee pods provided but when this was brought to the attention of management two boxes of pods rapidly appeared. A long walk to major supermarket chains but a small mini mart available in waterfront precinct

The facilities were outstanding . Great care and detail were taken to ensure that the apartment was fitted out with all essential elements you could need.

The view was amazing and the close proximity to shops and cafes was very convenient. The property was also very well equipped.

There was nothing we did not like about the property.
