We recently stayed at waterfront Darwin tropical Gem and had a fantastic experience. The location was unbeatable—right on the waterfront with stunning views and easy access to restaurants, cafes, and attractions. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and watching the sunset. It was a peaceful and convenient base for exploring Darwin, and I’d happily stay there again

The location was excellent with great coffee shops and restaurants. easy walk to CBD. Lovely view of the waterfront. Host also left some breakfast supplies and treats.

We loved the location right by the waterfront and so many activities for families and couples to enjoy. The apartment was lovely and clean, homely with everything we needed to make some meals and have enough space for a family of 4. The complimentary beverages and breakfast items were very appreciated and helpful- thank you so much to the host! You can walk to the esplanade and the city area also- highly recommended apartment!

Very clean and well appointed. The host provides lots of “extras” not available in other apartments we’ve stayed in. The spacious layout was really appreciated. Plenty of storage space. Everything was first class!!

We couldn't find a first aid kit, I was moving the coffee table to do a vacuum and took my big toenail almost completely off 😫 hubby couldn't find a first aid kit but went down to the shops and found some great bandaids.

Communication was perfect, in relation to keys and code etc. Bread and spreads were available for toast for breakfast and much appreciated. I unfortunately left my car keys at the unit, which I realised on my flight home. I contacted the host who immediately contacted me back to arrange the postage of my keys. So nice of the host and to not even charge me. A very trustworthy host.

Spacious, high quality, lovely views, great location near Darwin waterfront facilities. Host was helpful and entry instructions easy. Room was very well equipped with cooking and washing facilities. Comfortable bed.

Sofa bed was not that comfortable but that was the only problem and I guess not used by most guests.

Location was wonderful. Quiet but close to the buzzy waterfront with its cafes and bars.

The only thing I would mention is the air-conditioning low range was 20deg on cool. I couldn't go any lower and sometimes for some reason it was still quite hot. The only thing that wasn't supplied was shampoo and conditioner.

Very well equipped kitchen. Clean. Comfy. Had bread, butter, milk and condiments supplied! Even a couple beers and a bottle of wine which was a lovely surprise 😮. Great location, good for kids with pools, enclosed swimming, Ping pong, and basketball court in the precinct. Great bars and cafes, security patrolled at night and I felt very safe.

The location was so handy for going to the Convention Centre and also the many eateries in easy walking distance. It was quiet and clean and had everything we required. The little extras were so welcome to help us get moving in the morning! Thank you so much for your hospitality. Also highly recommend if you need a place to stay before boarding a cruise.
