AustraliaBathroom could do with upgrade, especially the toilet was rather low. Garden beds around some of the apartment rooms were very tired looking & work had begun to revamp.
Excellent buffet breakfast provided from 6am at Treetops restaurant, with plenty of variety & friendly staff, so catered for folk with early tour starts. Good sized pool to swim & relax in, surrounded by tropical palms & other plants. Well stocked Woolies nearby.

United StatesRoom wasn’t cleaned on the first day. Of the 2 bottles of water in the room, one had been opened and was half gone. Mildew behind the toilet and a bit in the shower. AC did not respond to attempts to regulate sleep temperature.
Location was very good. Front desk staff was friendly and responsive.

AustraliaBreakfast restaurant was understaffed and at times very chaotic with coach tour people. Staff had to rush like crazy to keep up! Gardens around the pool were dry and dying. The pool waterfall (featured in promotional advertising) was not working and looked as though it had been out of use for some time. This was most disappointing. The pool itself was still enjoyable. Housekeeping didn't attend our room until the afternoon, regardless of putting the sign out early to prepare the room. Initial tea bag supplies were lacking.
