Privacy element with windows to the walkway between the rooms meant our blinds were shut for most of the stay.

The location was excellent in the middle of Palm Cove. Spacious room and friendly staff that were very accommodating.

It would have been nice to have a proper table and chairs. The apartment could use a bit more decoration or a cozier touch. The entrance area looks a little unwelcoming, but that’s mainly due to the closed restaurant next door (not the host’s fault). The Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent, and there were no instructions on how to connect — we had to call to get access.

No internet available in our room. Only 8 car parks available for all guests. Front foyer is a mess with restaurant closed and bar area now a work site. Building looks like it hasn't had any upkeep for a decade.

Generally run down. Everything felt dark and uninhibited and in need of some desperate TLC. We got no orientation or info pack in the room so while the photos show a pool area and deck, we never even saw this, and wouldn't of known how to access it.

The lady working on reception was kind and helpful. And the location was great, right across from the beach.

Bbq facilities and cable tv were advertised and they were not provided. Hotel is very run down and hopefully gets a much needed facelift. Step out of the shower was very high. The beach view was obstructed by a roof to the closed down restaurant. No wifi which is unheard of in hotels these days, was sure it was listed when we booked earlier in the year. Tiny bugs all over the kitchen area.

Property was older and a bit shabby. Pool could have been lovely but needs skimmed a bit more often. Felt like walking thru an abandoned business on the beach side was strange. The rest of the roof space also felt abandoned. Could use more attention to details.

Location was great, desk agent was friendly and helpful, room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Water got hot and had great pressure. Pool on the roof is a great plus.

Entry and restaurant looked like the hotel was closed, stacked tables and chairs, clutter and rubbish No curtains, shutters or blinds, had to rig my own window covers to use the sofa bed. Door issues on arrival and hole in the ceiling where a light would be. No internet connection 😕

Unfortunately the cleaning standards of the room were sub par and need improvement. Twisties by the bed, crumbs under the coffee table, spiderwebs by the couch and in general needs a deep clean. Positive though lovely clean linen.

Amazing location, lovely friendly staff and a well appointed room with a super comfortable bed.
