I always object to stinginess in providing dishwashing tablets etc. We were given 2 for 6 nights and told we could buy more at reception. This seems pretty mean given the price of the accomodation. Likewise with laundry fluid. Limited frying pans and the fridge and dishwasher leaked.

Nice resort. A little far out of town but very close to the beach. Nice pool. Nice apartments and comfortable.

The villa smelt upon arrival. The couch cushions had stains and marks all over them. There was also an ant problem in the cupboards. The resort advertised it had an on-site restaurant but we did not see this "restaurant" open at all during our 8 night stay. The staff did come and change the cushion covers and offered to come and clean the villa again. It was great value for money and there are lots of nearby restaurants and other hotels to take advantage of. However the on-site resort amenities were limited.

The pool was awesome! The villa was quite large.

Thought the lounge was average in the apartment and the downstairs bathroom/toilet facilities were average. Toilet has an awful smell. It was manageable because it was shut off.

Nothing to complain about. WiFi could have been faster but it didn’t affect our stay - just the kids mentioning it.

We had a leaking aircon over the kitchen bench, that leaked water all over our phones charging and a leaking vanity in a bathroom that made the floor extremely slippery. But both items have been reported to staff for repair.

We loved the location and the pool. It was brilliant for the kids to play and the parents to relax.

Great location! Rooms were great for a family of four plenty of space and the pool is lovely. Bummer the kitchen didn’t do dinner but fabulous other than that. Would definitely stay again

The master bed was on wheels with no locks, so the bed rolls around whenever you change positions. Very annoying. Also the aircon in master room doesn't go below 23 degrees. Not ideal.

The property was old! The curtains in the villa were coming of the rails, there were spider webs and spiders in the outside area and the oven was difficult to use without instructions

The size of the villa was great for families! The air cons and fans were perfect and we were very comfortable. The pool is amazing and had plenty of places to sit and relax.

It could do with a modern renovation such as exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom window doesn't open and there was no fan in there so it got really steamy. There was no main light in the main bedroom, only a side wall light. The wifi was slow and was only free for the first 2GB, so didn't use it.

The villa was so spacious, with 2 bedrooms upstairs, and 2 showers (1 upstairs and 1 downstairs). Location was great for us as we had a car. Nice big pool and sun lounges. Super quick and easy check in and check out. Laundry was handy with separate washer and dryer.

It felt like there were a lot of villas that had permanent residents in them and therefore the resort didn’t feel as much like a holiday resort. The gym could be better as well

The villa looked nothing like on the website it was run down & dated. The fans were hanging off the ceilings the air conditioners hardly worked the bathroom shower head upstairs kept falling down it the place smelt musty. The “restaurant” only offered pizza or nuggets & chips very poor & expensive. It would be nice if you could take your own alcoholic drinks around the pool but that’s not allowed.

Great pool and plenty of sun beds. Shame the bar wasn’t open later as would have been nice to eat and chill at the resort after a day of excursions.
