Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Unique decor, fantastic location for shops, eating out, and taking in a show at the state theatre. Large rooms with modern, great amenities. Very quiet considering it's the middle of the city and there was a nightclub operating 2 floors below us.

AustraliaI thought the concierge lacked attention to detail or any awareness of what was going on. When I arrived and started unloading my luggage, they just stood there. Once I unloaded everything (in the rain), only then did they ask me if I was staying there. All the while, the concierge was playing with his football in the doorway.
Room was quiet and comfortable Breakfast a Parlour was very enjoyable and I was able to take time out to do some work and enjoy breakfast. Coffee was very good. At the Gowings Bar, it was a nice spot to kick back and do a but of work over a drink. One of the waitresses was very attentive skipping around the tables to ensure that you had food and or drink. It made for a great experience. Location was perfect with proximity to Rail, Tram and Buses.

I loved everything about the QT. I stayed for 3 nights. It was the perfect location, the room (Jnr Suite) was AMAZING, the staff were so helpful, and I love the overall vibe. The uniforms the staff wear are so cool! Adds to the vibe. I was so sad to leave and I cannot wait to stay again!

AustraliaWould have liked a price list for the mini bar and a larger fridge to hold our own drinks. Did not know whether you did room service as there was no information in the room which was frustrating. Being able to open the windows would have been great.
Love the decor and location. The bathroom was well equipped with an excellent shower and huge bath. Blockout curtains were great. Given the location, the room was quiet.
