There is a full length window in the bedroom that should have a waring sticker at about the half-height mark warning people that it is a non-openeing glass partition.

We arrived early at reception but were given high prioirty to get the room eady and were advised by SMS when it was ready.

We had a spa room, on the first day it was used for no more than 3hrs in total. Early next morning it was tested and drained and no longer usable. We were in the main pool and spa for 2 hrs our second morning, and returned late afternoon, whilst no one was at the pool area, we were moved on due to a complaint we had been there all day. Had people been at the pool we would have moved out. It was then occupied with people drinking in the spa. Then were occupants on upper levels spitting over the balcony into our yard, and a solid vape was thrown onto our table narrowly missing my 3yr old grandson who was sitting at the table at the time.

The after hours checkin process is quite convoluted. The buttons on the external keypad were difficult to press in the dark, the code for getting in to reception didn't work. We rang the after hours number which didn't connect. Were it not for people coming and out we wouldn't have been able to get in.

When we arrived, the top floor apartment we had booked was not available for the first night, so we needed to stay in another unit on a lower floor for one night. The resort is a little dated. While the unit for the first night had a new bathroom, the top floor unit and the rooftop spa area certainly seemed due for refurbishment.

Great location. Loved the rooftop private spa pool. The staff were friendly and helpful. Affordable accommodation for a week. Loved tj's takeaway coffee in Brisbane Road around the corner.

All staff very extremely friendly and helpful. The building is a little tired, but comfortable & clean. The bathroom in my apartment 58 had been freshly renovated with a large tiled shower. This apartment also had a large roof terrace with ample setting & a spa.

There is no table and chairs in the one bedroom apartment. A small table setting would fit in the area under the tv. There were four very high, uncomfortable bar stools at the kitchen bench for eating meals. After hours check in text should be much more descriptive, eg, the first instruction is to put a code into the gate, but there are two gates; one for the garage and one for pedestrians. The after hours person took a very long time to answer the buzzer to let us inside the foyer doors. The information addressed to me found in the inside safe was much better, but getting to this was quite confusing and tedious. The time from our arrival at Nautilus to entering the apartment was about 40 minutes.

The location of Nautilus is excellent and close to everything you’d want, beach, shops, pharmacy restaurants, cafes, bookshop, clothing etc. The apartment was very good, with a balcony and view. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom was a good size. The combined bathroom and laundry was excellent. Secure parking under the building is very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The pool area is excellent and included a spa, wading pool and main pool, with changing facilities and toilets. We stayed in July and being winter we found the pool warm and inviting.

Breakfast Not available.. Shame the pool n spa were in the shade from mid morning n all afternoon... Locality was perfect for all restaurants for brkky n the surf club, n the wharf...The bus was at our door virtually to go north to maroocydore or down to kawana waters..

There were signs everywhere about setting off smoke alarms which was worrying as we panicked about everything - steam in the bathroom, using the toaster. But the toaster didn't work and the tap in the bathroom fell off. Very old building and tired facilities but if your not worried then great value for money and really lovely staff make it all worth it.

Great location, friendly staff and children loved the pool.
