Reviews of Mopsy's On The Esplanade

We could not have asked for better accommodation in Wagga Wagga. Mopsys is beautifully presented from the furnishings to the incredibly comfortable beds. No expense has been spared, decor, linen sheets, fabulous heating. We were very happy to find inside a fresh loaf of bread, butter, milk & sparkling water. Also the bonus of a conveniently stocked pantry and cook books that made cooking super easy for us. The location is a quick walk to the centre of town, off street secure parking, a lovely private yard to sit and enjoy the garden. This property is one of the most stunning and thoughtful homes we have ever stayed in. A credit to the owners for providing 5 star accommodation. Super easy check-in by competent and friendly management.

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Very comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. All you need for a short stay and bonuses like milk, bread and pantry items

I hadn't realised that this is a dual occupancy property so called the host to confirm I was in the right place when I couldn't find some of the features highlighted in the photos. The unit I was in had street parking rather than 'on site'. No access to external garbage or recycling bins and no outdoor table for meals/reading etc. An appliance guide would have been really helpful, especially for the gas fireplace. Lovely though once I moved on from my initial concerns.

It was a wonderful property with modern and well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The open planned living areas were very clean and the furniture was comfortable. Set in a nice garden and located close to the centre of the city.

This property was truly beautiful. such a lovely place to break our trip down south. If it is possible it looks even better in real life than it does in the photos. The hosts were fabulous - immediately responding to all queries. The extra touches with fresh bread, milk etc were so appreciated. We will definitely be back.

This apartment exceeded expectations in every regard. Host was thoughtful, kind and communicative, it was beautifully appointed, every detail considered. Host provided fresh bread, tea, coffee, milk. Location is great right in the centre of town. Would definitely go back.

Lovely well appointed property. The lounge was a little uncomfortable but otherwise very nice.

The ambience, the decor, the beds were outstanding, the linen and pillows felt like a cloud to sleep on

There was no frypan so we borrowed one from adjoining unit. Also the floor mats were abit annoying as my elderly inlaws kept tripping on them so we moved a few out of the way during our stay.

The house was beautiful well appointed and very comfortable. The beds where like clouds and so where the pillows. Kitchen was lovely and so was all the furniture very comfortable.

The host was very lacking. Bad communication. We asked in advance if we could come in earlier and texts and phone calls went unanswered. Finely got an answer. Also the host gave the same address to 5 other people who arrived on our door step at midnight. The host did answer the phone call then and set the other people off in the right direction.

House has been renovated to high standard. Comfy beds, great water pressure, kitchen has everything you need plus more (lots of hidden cupboards). Ducted AC plus gas fireplace.

Everything. The accommodation was faultless. We were two couples and it was perfect. The finishes are very high quality. Jack the nephew of the owner who manages the property was very helpful. Great kitchen facilities and welcoming milk butter and sough dough bread.The bathrooms also had beautiful marble finishes. A gas fireplace and the worlds most comfortable beds.There is even a washing machine and dryer if you are there for a while.

the only negative was having to pay up front, months in advance with no cancellation offered.

We didnt have breakfast there. We did appreciate the fresh bread and the Vegemite, milk and butter left for us

We didnt realise there was a lock box. We were trying to use the pass code given to us to open the door as there was no mention of a lock box as part of the entry process but I rang the agent and he guided me through the lock box routine.
