    The location was great within walking distance of beach, shops and restaurants.

    The dining table needs attention as it is unstable. The undercover garage has limited access unless you have a small car. There is a significant drop in level right next to the front door - a guard rail would be a good idea to prevent an accident.

    presentation of unit was exactly as photos showed on website .... I had rented a car so was very pleased that there was a lock up garage ..... we used the Bus a few times as the bus stops were close by (some advice .... there are a few uphill areas if you plan on walking to Cafes/Restaurants on the Esplanade or Coles supermarket which is close by) As this unit is in a residential area you cannot see the ocean but a short walk and you will not be disappointed in what you see....

    Residential area so had to be careful driving out of complex because cars were parked both sides of the narrow street
