as most of the reviews said, the pool was cold.

the little kitchen set up in the room and having the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. the bed was very comfy.

Our ground floor apartment was very dark and no windows in the bedrooms. Twin beds in one room that kept moving, so we had to put the bottom wheels in running shoes!!

Hardly anyone uses the pool….unheated and as there is no kiddies pool, the spa becomes the children’s play area. 6 kids in the spa can make life unbearable if sitting on the balcony in room 3403. We had to retreat into our room on many occasions. the design of the complex contributes to the problem. Our room was comfortable but the mattress is definitely passed its used by date. Toaster stopped working but quickly replaced.

Good position, outdoor areas, ambience. Rooms were comfortable. Parking was easy. BBQ facilities were very good.

The second bedroom was not very private from the main bedroom. This was mentioned in the room description so make sure you read the room descriptions if this matters to you. The bedroom lighting was very bright and we read by torchlight so as not to disturb the 2nd bedroom occupant.

The location was great, right on the main street and walking distance to most places in Palm Cove. The apartment was very comfortable with good facilities and equipment. The balcony had a lovely garden and pool view. The smart TV was great for streaming personal apps and programmes. The Wifi was very good. The spa was great.

I was disappointed and felt duped that it is described as a 2 bedroom apartment when it is not. A glass divider separating the bedroom so we had to make sure not to turn lights on and the air conditioning doesn’t work in the so called other bedroom if the divider window was closed as there was no vent. So I would not book again especially if you require privacy from the 2nd bedroom. Definitely no good for adults as the bed in 2nd bedroom is shoved in a tiny closet/study. It was definitely a let down

The position was fantastic. Close to restaurants and the tavern, with a little supermarket opposite. Loved the large balcony.

No reception staff after 5pm, our key safe didn’t work, had to go thro’ telephone calls, & someone coming out to reissue us keys , which took in all about an hour. This is no reflection on staff who came out - she was very quick and helpful . Apartment had a bad smell. Urine??? Non to clean- especially rangehood - smelly. Toaster had build up of crumbs and the glass on the balcony was covered in child’s messy handprints , obviously not been cleaned properly for a while

Reception closes at 1700, thats inconvenient. After hours check-in was a tad annoying as i had to wait for 40 minutes for someone to check me in. On my last night, my key card stopped working and could not get in to my apartment. Again inconvenient, and I again had to wait for someone to let me in but only 15 min this time. So maybe you can fix these issues. Regardless, I would still come back.

It's a great property no doubt. Feels like you are on holiday as you should. I would go again.

The pool looked very inviting but was surprisingly cold, especially given the warm weather. This meant the tiny spa was quite crowded. I think the hotel could enhance the guest experience by partnering with local eateries to offer a room service option.

The location was excellent. We loved the easy access to the beach and found it to be in a quiet, peaceful part of Palm Cove. Our allocated carpark was a fantastic and convenient bonus, and the location made it easy to get to all the tourist attractions we wanted to see. The room itself was comfortable and well-laid out for our family's needs, and while the bathrooms were a bit tired, they had everything we required.

Pre paid the whole stay and was asked for photo id even when I said I had left my purse at home. The lift was broken and it felt unsafe - was out of order for 2 days Getting to your room took a long walk- They need more ways to access rooms. 2 lifts not enough.

The apartment was tired! It is in need of immediate renovation. The linen was clean, however, the dining chairs were stained badly. 2 of the chairs had wobbly legs and need repair. The extractor fan over the stove worked, but there is no light. It desperately needed a clean. I felt as though the carpets in the bedrooms needed cleaning also.

2 bedrooms was good for us. We had a pleasant view through the "rainforest" to the pool. The location was excellent.
