Good communication from host, all relevant information was provided to us well ahead of time. Made our stay with young kids so easy. Accommodated our request for two portacots, provided plenty of essential baby items (change mate, toilet seat, high chair etc). Nicole was so kind, she even gave us some treats for the kids to eat / drink. Nicole even left some basic fridge / pantry items for us to enjoy. Nicole was even so kind as to let us check out a bit later.

Nicole made everything so easy and was communicating with me regularly about collecting the keys or any questions I have. This was hands down the most amazing stay and experience - all thanks to Nicole. She took the time and effort to include pool toys and additional things for my children and she has really thought about all the practical things you need when travelling with kids - pool toys, extra towels, bath and shower gel for kids, plastic plates etc. It made our stay perfection!

Nothing could be better, it was the best!

The location of this apartment is so handy and walking distance to everything. The pools are amazing however what made it extra special was the spa on the deck. We loved everything about the unit, it's light and bright inside and felt very homely. The beds are super comfy and there are plenty of bath & beach towels which is great. The apartment was exceptionally clean too which is what you want. Nicole the owner went above and beyond on this stay. She left us a little welcome package of yummy foods and drinks. My friend was sick and couldn't come the first night and Nicole even dropped me in some locally made ice cream to cheer me up. She helped with suggestions on things to do in our short stay which was very helpful. She even pointed me in the direction of some great op shops in the area! I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and I'd certainly recommend for anyone looking in this area to book this apartment, you wont be disappointed.

This apartment in the Pepper’s Beach Club is perfection! Nicole and Marcus have appointed it perfectly with everything you could need on the trip, plus extras like goodies upon arrival. It was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a group of 4 adults. Communication was great as well. We will definitely be back.

Our apartment was excellent for our family of four. It was really comfortable and clean. Nicole went out of her way to welcome us and ensure we had what we needed for our stay. The Beach Club facilities and pools were awesome and the resort is in an excellent location.

Being in North Queenland there was ants and insects. Bring some bug spray.

The rooms were spacious and clean with excellent facilities. There were heated and non-heated swimming pool that we spent every day in, Plenty of resturants close by and a short 5 min drive to the nearest Coles. On our arrival the host got us some essentials snacks and breakfast cereals for our stay.

Fantastic apartment with everything we needed (and more - including special baby towel for our youngest and stocked fridge!), in a resort that is perfect for a relaxing holiday. Swim up bar a bit of extra, but the pool on the whole was amazing and amenities lovely. Will stay again.

Absolutely nothing!

Our host Nicole was incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Nicole was extremely generous and stocked up the fridge with all you could possibly need. She provided many pool toys for the kids and there was an abundance of towels and spare sheets. We would definitely stay here again.

The resort is fantastic, but the room(s) we were accommodated in were beautifully furnished and we had everything catered for we would need. As a family, we found the room to be child friendly without us really having to move anything or lift things to higher locations. Obviously a consideration by Nicole 😀
