As is typical with pools in FNQ, the pool wasn’t heated and it was very cold. It’s a small thing when the beautiful beach is directly across the road, though.

The property was in a great spot - across from the beach and near restaurants and shops. Our apartment had a lovely courtyard with a beautiful tropical garden outlook.

Main bed is very soft. Kitchen sink and cook top could be larger. An oven would be nice or an air fryer. Shower heads need replacing.

It was clean and tidy comfortable lounges and large living spaces. Close to the spa and pool It was also quiet. Excellent internet. Plenty of plates, cups and even things we didn’t realise we would need. As an amputee the apartment was very accessible.

The couch was not comfy (not that we used it that often) but the size of the apartment was great. A jug would be great to chill water in the fridge. There were ice cube trays but a jug would be more handy. The unit a bit dark but the lights helped with that. I would definitely stay here again.

Like coming back home. Used to stay at the resort when called the Ramada with my family. We lived close by. Since moved to a large city very pleased to come home to sunshine warmth beautiful tropical surroundings. Unit was in a corner which allowed for privacy and very close to the pool and on ground level which was perfect. Outdoor seating was used a lot and gardens gorgeous. Pool glorious as usual. The beach sensational. Great to have parking. Layer back and easy to get around but I am biased bring a past local bred and born. Great to unwind and reflect on the past general chaos that is life. I can feel myself sighing as I write this after returning to the city.

Nothing to report other than a starter kit of dishwasher tablets would have been useful (the local convenience store didn't stock any either) but not a huge issue. Pool a little chilly but the spa made up for it!

Fantastic location, great facilities, very private and quiet. We used static blackout blinds on the internal sliding glass doors which made the bedrooms pitch back with curtains closed. So our 1 year old and 4 year old slept fine!

The transparent/opaque dividing doors to the single beds made it difficult to be able to be in the main area while kids were sleeping as it would light the whole room up
