Apartment stunning, pool area stunning!

Bar staff rude.

Beautiful pools and gardens make for such a relaxing environment. Love the kid-free serenity pool. Small but very comfortable room. Lovely soft bed!

I just wish there was a back gate from the verandah to garden for a short cut to the pool!

Room was really spacious and comfortable. Rooftop spa was private. Staff were polite and helpful. Really enjoyable stay for two nights! Would 100% recommend.

Beautiful view of the pool

Rude unhelpful staff . The booking doesn't state its actually like an air bnb and you need to do all cleaning etc yourself. Needed to wash dishes in bathroom sink. You don't find out until you check in it has zero housekeeping so no extra towels etc but no washing facilities either and then you get a snarky message saying "people don't normally stay as long as a week" and "this is why we are cheaper than peppers" as if I'm supposed to know any of this information. Oh I also had no idea it was 3 floors up and I was here, heavily pregnant on my babymoon so would have been nice to know there was no elevator.

Peppers beach club is beautiful. The pool is the draw card and it does not disappoint. There were days that were quite windy but the design of the building protects guests lying around the pool. Swim up pool bar was a winner.

Elysium is run separately to Peppers resort so any issues have to be dealt with by Elysium not the hotel. Had multiple issues with the room keys which delayed me getting back in to my room. This did take a shine off the experience as it was a bit disjointed. If I was booked directly through the hotel this may not have occurred.

Loved the location and facilities of the resort. Apartment was well placed to overlook the pool, but not directly so you didn't get too much noise from the pool area. Once windows were shut, you couldn't hear any noise.

It was a little annoying that we had to pick up the keys approx 800 metres from the resort when we didn't have a car, but everything else about Sharyn's service was excellent.thing

Great location and facilities. The apartment was clean and had quality furnishings that had a coastal feel. Bed was very comfortable. Balcony overlooked the main pool. Staff at Elysium were great to deal with.

Great facilities. Swim up bar is fabulous. Location is excellent close to everything no need to have a car iif your coming for relaxation. Spa bath room was lovely.

Just to note the reception is separate to the actual hotel. So if you need anything you have to contact a different reception. Having said that they let us check in early. We could leave the cards in the room as we didn’t have a car so they were very accommodating. And the hotel didn’t mind us leaving our luggage with them to wait to go to the airport.
