My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Motel Bowen Inn, and we can confidently say it was one of the most memorable experiences we've had. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth by Janice and Hans, the lovely couple who manage the property. Their hospitality was nothing short of exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our special day even more meaningful with a thoughtful gesture that truly touched our hearts. It’s rare to find such kindness and personal attention, and it made all the difference. The rooms are immaculate, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with incredibly comfortable beds that ensured a restful night’s sleep. Every detail reflects pride in presentation and a commitment to guest comfort. One of the standout features is the on-site restaurant, which boasts a cozy fireplace—the perfect setting for a chilly evening spent with your partner. The ambiance is intimate and inviting, making it ideal for a romantic dinner or simply unwinding after a day of exploring. In every way, Motel Bowen Inn exceeded our expectations. The weather, which unfortunately no-one can do anything about. The stay was lovely.

Quiet location. Ease of parking. Very comfortable bed. Great restaurant. Good air conditioning . Added bonus, the host is a qualified chef and the beef cheeks are a specialty! Also the shaving/ makeup mirror in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch

Property located out of town. Could do with a toaster and some plates, bowls and some cutlery.

Lovely man on reception. Room was very spacious. Bed really comfortable and the place very clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

I would have liked a couple bowls and spoons for an early morning breakfast in room. It was a Sunday and the cafe/restaurant was closed.

The size of the room was great for our family needs. Room was clean. Beds comfy. Great shower pressure and temperature. We'd stay again! Given its proximity to the highway it was quiet.

The smell of the cleaning products? was quite overwhelming and affected my sinuses. We just left the door open for a while to help dissipate it.

The room was large, the bed so comfortable. Air con made it lovely and warm too.

What a fabulous hotel. My partner and I hadn't stayed here before, but we found it to be clean, comfy, and quiet. Staff, upon checking in, were super friendly, very chatty and engaging, and just as friendly upon checking out at 7.30 the following morning. The room was very spacious, clean, and warm, and the bed was really comfy (my partner and I both have back issues, so beds are a key feature - we had a great sleep). We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back to stay here where we are in Lithgow next
