We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The owner was super friendly and accomodating, and the family deluxe room was surprisingly roomy with three beds - 1 x king and 2 x double plus a kitchenette and small table and chairs. Perfect for our long weekend at the snow needs as a family of 5.

AustraliaI had some trouble with my reverse circulation heating unit in my room… it eventually started working properly. At first it pumped out cool air, despite setting the settings to heat. I’ve come across the same brand in mining accommodation and had issues with timers etc… otherwise once it started working fine, it was all good thereafter.
Good location relatively close walk to town centre. Good size rooms. Clean. Good value. Staff were friendly.

AustraliaA skirt below the door to prevent the continuous blow of cold air from outside would be great. We had to keep the air con running all night because of the air blowing in all the time. I blocked some of the cold air putting some papers and magazines under the door, but it was not too good. Anther little detail: a little soap holder on top of the vanity in the bathroom would be very useful.

AustraliaRoom was kind of dated, bed ok but pillows were soft and need to be replaced. Glad we bought our own pillows. A bit of noise from neighbours, walls are thin. Lock on the balcony door broken. Stairs need to be reinforced and painted. Cleaners didn't clean the room too much. We left a note to vaccuum and they did on our last night. Owner or manager was never there and not very responsive. When he responded, a cold response received. No person in reception. Need to improve customer service.
Property was ok, close to town. We stayed 5 nights for Easter. A few minutes away from shops and restaurants. Tea/coffee facilities were provided and usual toiletries. Towels provided and changed when asked.
