Position was excellent. Lack of a lift was a negative being older people. It was a negative mentioned by everyone we met. Somewhat random assortment of crockery and cutlery was disappointing as was the cheap quality of crockery; bottom line K-Mart Anko stuff. The combination lounge/sofa bed was exceeding uncomfortable as a lounge.

Very spacious. Close to everything. Quiet. Secure. Medium pool. Just outside the beach. The crew Allowed us a late checkout (1pm). Thank you!

A little bland. Lots of flies inside. Small shower (but a big bathroom). But none of these bothered us.

Location was absolutely great and was overall what gave the booking its most value. Spa pool was on, but not hot at all, actually the same temperature as the pool. Outdoor kitchen was clean and useful, but there were no utensils for it. Bed was very comfy.

Spa pool was cold. Property was a bit dated and could have used a coat of paint and some new outdoor furniture.

Excellent location. Great room, very clean, comfortable & spacious. Loved our bathroom with opening wooden shutters & views of the garden & pool. Quaint balcony with very relaxing sounds of the cascading waterfall.

Loved the location with the shops, cafes only a stone throw away. Bed were comfortable and had plenty of plates glasses and utensil.

Toilet paper was so thin, really for a few extra cents you could buy decent paper, as it was false economy because to get any paper u had to use twice as much. The toilet itself there wasn’t enough water going through, whether they slowed the flow not sure, and as two seniors, walking up 3 flights of stairs with suitcases was not an easy thing to do, it would have been nice to advertise the fact it is not a ground level apartments with no lifts. Really disappointing

The space itself- the apartment was excellent- with two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms and separate balconies, and a lovely spacious lounge. All rooms had views to the sea, and nestled in amongst the melaleuca trees, it was a gorgeous spot. We stayed for 4 nights and the hosts provided us with enough milk pots, coffee, tea and sugar sachets that we didn't have to do a shop for these things which was definitely appreciated. And The Garage directly below does the best coffee in Palm Cove and fantastic egg and bacon rolls for brekky- not that you aren't spoilt for choice around here!

Nothing! I'd only advise people that one of the bathrooms has a shower over a jacuzzi/spa bath which was a little awkward to step into (as shown), so would recommend older guests would be better off using the other bathroom.

Location. Very quiet. Comfortable and relaxing.

The apartments age is reflected in the price. Apartment however are comfortable and quiet. Stairs only if you are on the 2nd or 3rd floors.

We had a group of 8 adults and had 2 rooms one 3 bedroom unit (208) and a 2 bedroom unit (207). There were five bedrooms all with their own bathroom and both units had a large outdoor area for a big group, 3 bed apartment was large and plenty of privacy for each couple. Room 207 was nicely renovated and had lots of extras including a welcome bottle of champagne a dishwasher and washing machine. The 3 bed apartment on the other hand had a great layout but was very dated, I’m thinking 1980’s interior. Thankfully the outdoor space, pool, bbq and location made up for the interior decoration. It was clean and was a good set up for a large group.

The 3 bedroom unit apartment (208) was very dated and probably original decor including vertical blinds. FYI It could do with a new cheese grater and can opener and some small plates. Nowhere to hang hand towel in toilet. Lighting was very dull.
