Old and dated room. I could not adjust the settings on the TV. There is no electrical kettle or air-conditioner and no ceiling fans. This unit would be very hot in summer.

I stayed here for work purposes. The bed was comfortable and large. There was plenty of hanging space in the main bedroom. Room was clean but it is old and dated. The sleeping facilities for children are bunk-beds in the passage-way and the unit will be cramped for a family of 4.

Our cabin was not clean… the toilet hadn’t been cleaned & there was poop left in the unflushed toilet & the toilet paper had obviously been opened and rubbish in the bin in bathroom. I had to clean it .. There were numerous cobwebs all through the cabin that clearly hadn’t been vacuumed off or wiped off for a long time Mould on the ceiling in the bathroom All of the above totally UNACCEPTABLE I did advise the staff member at reception

Chalet was old and probably needs a bit of updating. Cleanliness wasn't great. Some of the draws in the kitchen were dirty and when I got the kettle out it was dirty and greasy on the outside. Very small and seating was not comfortable.

The extra double bed in the living space. Could have been a single bed. More could be done for disabled people.

The setting- park like and quiet. Clean, nice kitchenette. Conveniently situated for what we wanted - to explore the National Parks.

Cabin was self contained with shower/ toilet/ wash basin, Kitchen, Fridge, TV, Air- conditioner/ heater, which suited our needs as we were just looking for a base in Albany to stay at night while we took in the sites. Staff were very helpful. A nice quiet location easy to get to off the Albany Hiway, yet only 10 minutes into downtown Albany, and close to shopping centre.

The queen bed was the hardest bed . It was like sleeping on the floor . Would be so nice to have a bit of money put into the main bed . So stuffy felt it needed a sml aircon .

The air conditioning wasn't working and just happen to be on 3 hot days trip, I wasn't sure on the 1st day, 2nd day wasn't too bad, then only really worried about it on the 3rd day because it was so hot, but too late to do anything about it.

We didn't like the bedsheets, they were super scratchy, not soft at all, felt like sandpaper under my cheek.

We liked the little cabin we stayed and lots of families with their kids around and playground close to the cabin. Cabin itself was nice and the best part was the shower. Water pressure was amazing in the shower.

Instructions on how to hob worked in the room. There are no markings on the knobs so couldn't tell which hob was on or what level of heat it was on, making even the most basic cooking difficult.

Very friendly staff, however, there was mould growing in the shower and on the blinds and the rockery was dirty. It really needed a deep clean. When we booked it said that there was heating and there was not.
