The location is very quiet and beautiful. It is very convenient to go by car for trips with children. The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable. There are children's activities near the apartment and a playroom that the children really liked to play in. The landlady is very kind and tries to help with everything. Highly recommend for families with children.

The pillows were very thin and I personally found them less comfortable to sleep on. There was no heating element for drying towels/clothes as it appeared in the picture and we had hoped there would be, but in July we managed just fine without it. In addition, there was no hand soap, a basic thing that I think should be present in this level of apartment. There was sugar for the coffee, but there was no salt, which I also think is a pretty basic thing to consider having in the apartment.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful setting. It is well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

its very quiet and beautiful place. cows will be roaming around all night. great place to go for a run every morning. easy to find parking the rooms were large and roomy and fully equipped except the coffee, that was terrible. Very good location

You must pick up the key from the main building, at Flachau, 10 minutes away. No breakfast, but at the main house. You need to change the towels in the main building, too. No spa, and you can't use the main hotel's spa facilities. all grocery shops are 10 minutes away. no elevator, so get ready to carry the luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The coffee machine isn't the basic Nespresso, and the pods are different, hard to find in the shops, and don't taste good. at the counter, they will cost 50 cents each.

Everything was perfect, I wish to get back there in the future!

We absolutely loved everything The house is located in a beautiful area, very comfortable and clean. We were travelling with 2 young kids and a baby , And the house exceeded our expectations. We will definitely come back to this amazing place.

Location, facilities

Everything was excellent and we enjoyed it very much! The apartment is relatively large, equipped with everything you need and comfortable. The view is perfect. The only thing is that the bed was a twin and not a double and it bothered us a bit, plus the pillows were not very comfortable but that is marginal to the whole experience which was very positive

The place was really clean, well equipped and spacious. We loved that they allowed dogs, even though it was quite expensive (18 € per dog per day...). It's very close to one of the ski lifts to the Zauchensee/Flachauwinkl region. There's also a well equipped game room if you have kids (or wanna play yourself!) Also the rooms were very well noise insulated, including the toilet and bathroom.

There's really only one thing. We stayed in apartment #1 and one of the mattresses in the smaller bedroom was in a really bad condition, and we had trouble sleeping properly on it.

Super clean, super new app. We got a garden app. Great view from the windows . Best price/value ratio.

It is small but fits 4 people (2+2). Pay attentuon. that first you need to collect the keys from the main office which is in another village

Everything was just perfect , the apartment is spotless and newly furnished , the view is spectacular . easy to reach with car , free parking is available , few minutes drive from the center of Flachaue .

That we had to travel to other hotel where we did the check-in for extra toilet papers , bags and towels. But for the price i guess it was ok

The appartment is big and clean. Its design is modern. There is a playroom for the kids. (A lot of) Free parking. Super nice staff. We enjoyed our stay there.

It is a little bit more than 6 km from Flachau but worth it.

The location is quite far from the main house, and generally all of the sites and locations in the main town. I do not think it would be possible to stay in this apt without a car as it is quite far off from everything. In addition, it would have been nice to have more soaps and conditioners in the shower
