The idea of a sustainable hotel with clean energy , to use local products where it is possible. The bee farm and the greenhouse are very impressive. The intensity of lights in the bedrooms can change from high to low which is cool also there is YouTube Netflix and WiFi. Also a plus that the toilet is separated from the bathroom. Nice modern furnitures from real wood .

We have enjoyed our stay a lot . The hotel geothermal energy ,spring water, the owners are growing all types of vegetables and fruits and the guests can pick them . Cucumber,kiwi,onion ,berries and fruit trees which are still young but by time.. the rooms are beautiful as well and the owners are very friendly and happy to drive you around. Thank you 😊

We had a lovely stay at this property! The apartment was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. While there were a few small details that didn’t fully match our personal preferences, they didn’t take away from the overall experience. We rented a car to get there from Vienna, but next time we will use the train connection from the Vienna airport, which is excellent. with advance booking, it is possible to get a courtesy shuttle to the Schlossl even for hikes or walks. That is a huge benefit in a place that has such beautiful nature and walks.

The only thing is that the hotel is in the high hill, and it's difficult to walk there. But a free transfer from the hotel saves this situation. You need to call 40 minutes before you want to leave and order it. It was not a problem.

The best part of the flat? - the most fantastic terrace. The heating is so modern that there is no radiator. It's pretty fine until you try to dry your clothes after a wild sled ride. (There is a good hair dryer instead)

The cleanliness of the beautifully renovated apartment was flawless. The rooms were warm, the thermostat is inside. The hosts are kind and helpful. We chose the room that doesn't contain kitchen - we didn't regret it, there is a common dining room with microwave and other equipment. The bunk bed is massive and safe.

Spacious, clean accommodation, comfortable beds, great view of Raxalpen. We enjoyed the silence and the views every morning and evening at sunset. The kitchen is excellently equipped, hob, large fridge, espresso machine is a bonus. We would love to come back again.

There were two small things that could be improved: - the information about having fridge, microwave and a common place with kettle, coffee machine and dishes should have been written in the room description! We took only groceries that can go without a fridge (having to eat nutella and tuna salad), because we didn't know threre would be one, so we didn't need one in the end. We took a small kettle and a coffee too, which turned useless in the end. As we were travelling by train, this was quite relevant for us. - the wifi connection was unstable and consistently working better on some devices and worse on others.

Everything was great! We even had things we thought we wouldn't - fridge and a microwave. There was also a common area with coffee machine, kettle and dishes. The position was excellent and the host super nice and helpful. They also talked us through main hiking options and provided details about concrete routes when we asked. Moreover, the shower was great (compared to an average accomodation).

Amazing!!! Beautiful, we felt like we were staying in a castle. Cristian was so lovely and the vege garden spectacular. Could not fault anything about this place. The price was so cheap, I can only assume it is this way while he is renovating other parts of the building.
