We recently stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The rooms and common areas were impeccably clean and very well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at ease throughout our stay. For families with children, it’s a dream come true—there’s a fantastic playroom, a spacious trampoline, and even a small farm area with friendly animals that the kids couldn’t get enough of. Our host was exceptionally warm and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate every request and make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks to their thoughtful hospitality and the hotel’s excellent facilities, our whole family had an unforgettable, stress-free vacation. We can’t recommend this place highly enough!

There were a lot of animals on the property. The apartment was well equipped.

Wonderful family and the apartment was just perfect for my family - 2 adults and 3 kids. It is not in the center of the town, which was even better for us as we could feel like on a country vacation. There are a lot of animals, which makes this house special for animals lovers. Ski bus stop is right next to the house and takes you in 7 min to the ski lift. We loved it so much that we cannot wait to come again. And you can order fresh bread and milk every morning 💗

The warm hospitality (thank you Karin), the lovely view of the landscape, the animals, the location, the condition of the facilities, my son even had a basket to practice basketball everyday!!!

Had an amazing vacation with three little kids at this place. Realy felt like home away from home. The apartment was spotlessly clean, equipped with everything you can think of, super comfortable. There is a playroom and the highlight is the farm outside and the endless green Alpine view. Catherine, the host, is super nice and responsive.

Everything was just perfect! It felt like home, cozy and spotless apartment , well equipped kitchen. It was amazing to come back from the long day and to feel like arriving to your own home. No words can describe this perfect place. Karin is the best host ever. Fantastic Mountain View, we really enjoyed our morning coffee ritual at the balcony:)

The only problem with this place is that after you visit there , all the others are not good enough😁 Next time we will book it for entire vacation!!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a big play room for kids with lots of toys. the view is amazing and the location is great for tourists. the apartments has every thing you need

The apartment is well equipped. The farm was so much fun for kids and a great way to really feel Austria. Great view. Extremly Quiet. The family is super nice and welcoming.

You would have to drive a few min to get groceries. No big deal.

Karin is so nice, the farm feels like nature, with great views and all the animals, but is very close to town and is very clean. The apartment is well equipped and everything was given thought of. One of the best places I ever stayed in.

We stayed for 7 nights (2 adults, 2 10yo kids). The place was perfect. Spacious, clean, equipped with everything you can think of (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washer/dryer, and more...), trampoline, kids toys, and, an AMAZING view as a bonus. Location is just perfect for day tours in the Salzburg area/attractions. Karin (host) was super nice! We even had a fresh bottle of milk waiting every morning by our door! I really can't think of anything more we could have asked for. Amazing!

We didn't like the fact that we had to leave...

We booked a three rooms apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with a full bathroom each, and a balcony with a great view of the mountains and the garden - it is a great and spacious apartment. Free parking right close to the entrance. Super accommodation! Excellent location. Karin and Christian’s hospitality was just perfect. It felt that they had thought about every little detail, making our stay so comfortable and cozy. They are very caring and helpful whenever we ask for their help or advice about attractions for the kids etc. We will come back, no doubt! Karin and Cristian, Thanks to you, we had a fantastic vacation.

Everything was great

Wow..absolutely amazing. We stayed here for 10 days and didn't want to leave. Everything was beyond our expectations. Our apartment was with two big rooms, a spacious kitchen, a wash disher, an oven, and all the equipment that we needed for our stay. Everything was super clean and new. My kids had so much fun there. They played in the huge yard with the goats, sheep, and cows. Karin and her family made sure that we have everything we need and her hospitality was so warm and caring. The farm is 5 minuted drive from towns Flachau and Altenmarkt and very comfortable location for day trips. I highly recommend this place and hopefully, we will visit again ❤️
