Was there for Workation. Staff was really helpful, WiFi was great in all areas. Spa and Sauna are amazing.

I was in the smaller House nearby. The Dressing rooms for Spa and Swimming Pool are only in the cellar. So you had to run around in the hotel wearing a bathrobe or just undressing in front of the Swimming pool, which was weird. Breakfast was good, but no signs with the ingredients and I am allergic to many of them. Staff tried to help out, but sign would be great.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed. Amazing view, amazing wellness centre. Breakfast was just perfect so yummy. Staff were super friendly . We had an amazing time thank you

The hotel is spectacular and exceeded all expectations. The food is amazing. The facilities are superb. The staff are so nice. I found it hard to believe that it didn't cost more.

Great breakfast Beautiful hotel

Excellent, comfortable, healthy food and healthy sleep. Spa was great. Franz, Nina, Matthias and one lady serving breakfast were outstanding.

Compared to Bad Kirchler Hotel in Hintertux and many other hotels we have stayed at, the other members of staff could be trained in interacting better with guests. I am not talking about language barriers but about perceiving and really giving the feeling of being welcomed.

Great Spa, great sport activities, fitness room and food. Very calm rooms, bed was very comfortable.

Although the hotel seemed a bit understaffed, with many guests and limited staff support, we barely noticed thanks to Luka's exceptional efforts. He went above and beyond to ensure guests didn’t have to wait too long. We'll definitely be returning!

It is really well located. The wellness is 18+, making it relaxing. Pool and jacuzzi are really nice.

They sold us a room in another room that was not worth 4 stars, 2 stars max. Safe didn’t work, no cleaning kit in the bathroom, translucent curtains, ripped bathrobe. I put a note for the cleaning staff to fix the safe but they ignored it. Whenever we went to talk to the staff to report a problem or ask for something, we were treated like we asked for too much (reporting sauna not working, asking for our wellness package, sitting together with another room at breakfast).

Localization, wellness, food

I have asked to get our room on the same building as welness- it was written we got the room in tje same building but not done- finally we were localized in separate building in the opposite area than wellness using many elevators with walking in our bathrobe from wellness with wet hair and face redness from sauna in front of all dining people or people in lobby drinking. For my 75 year old mother was very dehonestong, and so for me. Also breakfast tables were not possible to use even there was no one in the breakfast room- we had to walk far aeai almost to the reception with every single cup of kafee, tea which then meal then juice... Staff was not willing to let us sit in the empty breakfast room, we were 7.15 there. Young couples could sat there an my 75 year old mather had to walk almost to the reception.I am very dissappiointed by breakfast service and organization of use of tables in such high level of services hotel we have chosen due to welness and comfort for my eldwrly mother. I have never seen in similar hotels such bad brekfast service organization.
