Very good hotel with a long history dating back to the 19th century. At the same time there is a new part where you can find a gym, swimming pool and saunas. The service in the restaurant and in the rooms is of high quality.

I wanted the balcony of room 67 to have flowers, a common thing in Tirol. Many other balconies have them, I don't understand why it's so expensive to put a flower pot. At the restaurant several times beef was served, for example stew. I was surprised to find that the meat is very tough, barely chewable. Or is it a problem with the oven or with the the chef. I must say that all the other breakfast and dinner offerings are extraordinary.

This is the sixth time I have chosen this hotel to spend my summer vacation, the previous visits being 2018, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2024. Every time I choose the room with a view of the glacier. It is a hotel that offers great comfort, excellent staff, varied cuisine. Staring to 2024, the spa area is dreamy.

The only minor drawback was that the waiters in the restaurant didn’t speak English, which made communication a bit difficult.

Multiple waiters did not speak English so I had to wait for 10 minutes for them to find me in a system and assign the table. At check out I found out the extra charge for the drink on my room (which I never ordered)

In the restaurant staff dont speak English. No big problem but expect some people with English. Sometimes we have to long time wait for staff to ask us if we want order something.

I was here second time. Strategy place just one bus stop to Hintertux ski. Very easy parking. Half board plus sneck, here best of the best, Wellness fantastic.

The dinner (main course) is salty.

Thermal-Badhotel Kirchler is good value for money. The whole team is really supportive. I request Kettle during my stay. The hotel fulfil my requirement. The staff is really helpful, specially Tanja, my figure get cut, she provided me plasta. She always smiles and says hello to the customers. Full of energy and always try to help.

I was assigned a single room in the annex, which is a separate building, across a driveway from the main lodge. Unfortunately, it has no elevator so, if you don’t like climbing three flights of stairs carrying heavy bags, specify you don’t want to stay there. Furthermore, the room I was assigned was not what anyone expects in a four star hotel. While the room had a nice bathroom and toilet, the sleeping area was extremely small and the single lumpy bed, tucked into a corner, was unsuitable for an adult as were the small duvet and meagre pillows.

The staff and service were excellent as were the meals and the fancy dining room. The hotel has a large indoor pool and there is ample parking. It is well located and a free municipal bus, which runs frequently, shuttles skiers to the base of the mountain. There is some shopping nearby as well as a mini market carrying essentials.

1. We asked during booking a room in a new part of hotel, this request was based on reading Booking.com reviews! They just ignored our request and, gave a terrible room with a broken shower and toilet, clogged sink. After we presented all problems, they replaced room for a better one, but all was done during dinner. Regarding our request of new part of hotel, they told us that not give this option when order via Booking.com ???!!!

Beds were a little uncomfortable for Americans. The rooms are a bit outdated, but I did not spend too much time in them except to sleep.

Staff is great, super friendly and attentive. The food was phenomenol, fantastic dinners and breakfasts. Spa and indoor pool were fantastic as well.

The view from the room in the annex was not inspiring, on the road and car park. Some rooms at the front of the hotel have glacier view, which may be spectacular.

Friendly staff, convenient location close to glacier, newly renovated wellness centre, nice restaurant and good food, good starting point for walks. We stayed in a room in the annex, which was clean, traditional style and recently renovated.
