It was right in the area with snow and a fantastic view to the mountains. Everything was OK considering it is a skiing area. We were there to visit a friend not skiing. But a nice hotel and nice staff. Nothing to complain about.

No big complaints. The temperature in the room could be optimized, it was borderline cold, even with the heating at max level. The hotel has three floors without elevator. This might be a problem for elderly or with large luggage.

We had a pleasant stay. The location is great, right near the slopes for Langlaufen. The staff is friendly, polite, and try to do their best to make sure you are satisfied. The room was clean and larger than average. The wellness area has a Finnish sauna, an infrared, and a steam cabin (the latter was out of order during our stay). At arrival we got a winter card, for discounts for the slopes. The receptionist was friendly, explained everything, and let us check-in 1h before checking time. The guy serving breakfast and dinner was amazing, never stopped working from early breakfast to late dinner, and he was always super-friendly. Contrary to some other reviews, I found the dinner OK. Sure, it's not a Michelin restaurant, but it's also not bad quality as some reviews hint. There is plenty of parking space.

The breakfast could use some work, the vegetables were a little tired, the choice of cut meats and cheeses was poor.

We didn't expect anything special from this hotel, except for the mountain view! The room is a good two-room, a little old but it has its own charm. The hotel also has a children's room, and on the territory there is a playground for children, which is good for families with The staff was very polite and kind.

The room on the last floor (although with a great view from the balcony) was quite dark and adjacent to another room's balcony. There has been enough space in the room to equip it with a table and some comfortable (arm)chairs.

Friendly and helpful staff, quite comfortable and very clean room (cleaning every day) with a balcony, a separate section for children bedroom, with a view towards a pasture and a massive rocky mountain wall. Summer card (with all cable cars nearby, including Dachstein) included in the accommodation. Sauna available (although not tested). Breakfast included although limited.

The room will do with a bit of renovation, the walls had stains , the bathroom had spider webs on the walls.

We had a very disappointing stay. The hotel charged unexpected fees at check-out, claiming the children's ages weren’t properly provided, even though they are saved in our Booking.com account. The worst part was the rude and aggressive behavior at reception. Staff showed no professionalism and treated guests based on passport names, with an attitude of “pay and leave.” It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic: attract customers with a good price, then demand more money later. We didn’t feel welcome and will not return. Booking.com should monitor hotels that treat guests this way.

We were struggling to find a storage space for the food for our one-year-old child. We were expecting a mini fridge, since they do not have one at the hotel. I think that is the only thing missing during our stay.

The property is immaculate and I love the stunning view of the mountains above it, especially in the afternoon. Also, the staff were very friendly and hospitable.

We liked everything.

We really liked the accommodation, the room, the wellness, the breakfast is cooked quite well at the hotel. There is a possibility of storing skis and drying ski boots. Overall, I rate the accommodation very well in terms of price and quality for the Ramsau area.

They seem to be dogfriendly but they charge 30euros per 1 dog per night (for extra cleaning, so we were told) even if our dogs slept on the balcony and not in the room. We learnt about the extra charge only in the morning when paying the bill (we didn't see the message that was sent to us by email since we were driving all day long). We paid 60 euros per 1 person and half of it per 1 dog which is a crazy amount of money giving the fact that our dogs didn't even actually stay in the room and there is nothing they should clean after. For 60euros for 2 dogs they should throw all the bed linen away and buy new ones - which I honestly doubt they will do. We don't mind paying extra for dogs but 30euros is greedy!

The dinner was pathetic. There was no choice of main course. The soup was thin. The salad bar only comprised a red and white cabbage and a tomato and cucumber mix. There were no salad dressings, other than a bottle of oil. As for the main course, a naturschnitzl accompanied with creamed potatoes out of a packet, no sauce.

The food is really low quality. Cheap items which you find at discount market in the morning. Dinner is uneatable. Small portions and very poor service. Homeless canteen is better. Do not waiste your money on half board.
