Absolutely beautiful hotel! The views were unbelievable… the hotel was so clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Loved it. Great location. Friendly & helpful staff. Especially the breakfast staff was exceptional.

Would be great if they could have someone at the bar at all times. It’s not always open. The bedsheets were changed after 4 nights. But we did get free towels, and I am sure if we would have asked, they would have done it sooner.

Perfect location, very quiet and calm environment. The room on the second floor was good size with a nice terrace. Breakfast was good quality with lots of options and also the possibility to order eggs of your choice. Nice view from the breakfast terrace as well. The staff is really friendly and helpful, all you need is to ask when you need something (ex extra pillow or to turn on the sauna in the morning - they are more than happy to help you!)

The room was not cleaned properly, we saw a spider web hanging right above the bed, hair on the pillow, and a dead fly lying near the TV. The shower has no door, which is not very convenient with a small child — we are not nudists.

Views from the balconies were great, although there is no soundproofing so can overhear every conversation going on around you.

32 degree heat and yet no fan or air con in room. Also no door on the shower/bathroom so the steam and heat from this made it even worse. Went to the front desk twice to ask for a fan but no one around. Overall quite basic for how expensive it was. Also cleaners were banging and slamming things and hoovering the hallway at 8am, which was very inconsiderate and a basic thing to get right, especially considering check in starts quite late, there is no reason to start so early. Breakfast was also pretty poor - all the cooked stuff very basic & cheap.

Very eco friendly, breakfast was incredible, the views were amazing, and I’m glad I was staying in this hotel during the rainiest day of my trip.

I thought the spa would be much bigger so I was a little disappointed when it was a tiny pool, one sauna and one steam room. If you timed it correctly it was relaxing, otherwise there were kids screaming and way too many people in the tiny rooms.

- Some rooms have a shared door with the room next to them, and talking/noise can be heard from there - It would be nice to have bug nets, as there are a lot of spiders and mosquitoes - No AC

For me, the hotel was too big, and you had to book a table for dinner. When we arrived at 7 p.m., there were no tables available.

Nice room with decent balcony and facilities. Good breakfast. Easy parking (tho with a charge).

Not much, though the orientation of the hotel and low rise design means the mountain view isn't quite the view I was hoping for, though still pleasant.

1) Restaurant service - below average - uninterested, long waits, very passive, untidy restaurant. 2) Cleaning service - the room was repeatedly only partially cleaned, towels were repeatedly taken away without clean ones being provided, and the floor was not mopped/vacuumed. 3) The hotel presents itself as a four-star hotel - the hotel is not equipped with the basics for a four-star hotel - no shampoo, conditioner, or refrigerator. 4) The hotel pool is significantly distorted in the photos. The pool is tiny. The sauna and wellness area are pleasant, including direct access to the outside - very nice. 5) The location and surroundings of the hotel are excellent - a small, pleasant village with beautiful surroundings. 6) Parking costs €5/day per car, even for hotel guests – the biggest disappointment. 7) The hotel is overpriced; the services and facilities do not correspond to the price of accommodation. 8) I would not recommend accommodation at this hotel to anyone – I consider it average. The location offers many other hotels that offer better services for the same or even lower prices.
