We're pleased to hear that you appreciated our central location - in the heart of the creative seventh district, right on Mariahilfer Str., the location of Ruby Marie is the ideal starting point for an extensive shopping spree. All other important Viennese sights are within walking distance or can be easily reached by using public transport, which is also nearby. In line with our Lean Luxury philosophy, we focus on essential comforts. Instead of in-room coffee machines, we offer a Galley on the third floor with free tea and hot water. We understand your point about convenience, especially when travelling with little ones, and we will take your feedback into consideration. However, we're sorry to hear that your room wasn't as clean as it should have been. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know, as cleanliness is a priority in all of our hotels.
