I loved everything, from the deco, the staff, the comfort of the bed (I even thought of missing breakfast it was so cosy). This hotel is super, it has everything you need and more, the humorous gimmicks, are fabulous. All staff fluent English. Close to the metro. I loved it and after this review I hope you do too and NO I’m not a member of staff or any relation… I’m from Portland, Dorset, UK.. Enjoy

I was there for the second time. It met my expectations. Its central location is convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast is great, plentiful and very delicious. The staff is kind. Check-in is extra easy.! The hotel's own shower is very pleasant.

The hotel is far from most touristic attractions.

The hotel is close to the train station and well located if you want to shop in Mariahilfer street. The staff were friendly. Nice breakfast.

Our one and only problem was a lack of hot water in the morning. On the first day we assumed it’s because we’d slept in and it’s a large hotel so maybe the hot water was limited. Later that evening we had hot water again. However on our second day the same problem occurred even earlier in the morning. As we were only staying for three nights we didn’t get the chance to question this with the staff but it really was the only problem we had the the hotel our entire stay. Everything else was just perfect.

The rooms were beautifully clean with huge comfy beds and a large shower. We noticed the room came with a guitar amp and a label that said grab a guitar from downstairs to play in your room which my partner (a musician) loved! The hotel bar was lovely as were the staff and the rooftop terrace was just perfect for an evening drink overlooking the city.

Rooms on the inside are facing a structure looking like an inside of a nuclear silo - polished steel surface with windows from other rooms. The architect was an idiot, or just plain cruel. If you are lucky, and have an outside room, you get a nice view of the city. Also, a refrigerator in the room would be nice.

Clean, modern, very close to the transportation (Metro), or even to walk to the center (20 mins). A few restaurants close by, and, of course, good shipping, if that's why you are in Vienna.

Considering we stayed for a total of 10 nights, this comment will likely be relevant to longer stays: The storage space was a bit odd. It would benefit from a bit more intentional storage space such as bigger nightstand, perhaps a small table with chairs instead of one long “desk”. Also the design of the showers was a bit odd. Because there is no door, it’s inevitable to not have water end up on the floor area, which then needs wiping and drying with the shower mat etc. bit inconvenient but manageable.

It was a missalignment between the size of the room booked and the room distributed. Probably computers AI fault.The personell tried to ofer a compensation involving breakfast. Was let say a kind of solution but I chosed this hotel exactly for the room perspective. I canceled another booking at a different hotel for this. Was unconfortable but at the end accepted by both parts.

It was a modern , self chek-in facility, clean, with very practical sens, with many options and opportunities, managed by a young team with excelent communication skills.Even young, the personell ,was very focused in solving problems, occured not from their fault. Highly appreciated. The low quotation for facility was not because of the quality of the facility or services but for some missalignment specified below.
