Parking was a mess, we informed in advance and were asked to park at a grocery store next door, which only accepted cash. The phone in the room was not working, so the only way we could contact reception was to physically go there. The area around didn't have much to offer. You basically have to take a stroll towards centre which is 15-20 minutes with a 3 year old.

The place itself is quite nice, with great staff and nice breakfast (one of the best breakfasts we had on our entire trip). The rooms were clean and cosy, we had a good experience here besides some minor glitches.

A reasonable hotel that provides a pleasant stay for your needs. It is located relatively close to the city center, with many nearby options for shopping, and the train station is within walking distance. You can even reach Schlossberg Castle on foot, which is truly an extraordinary place to visit. The cleanliness in the room felt somewhat superficial and rushed, likely due to the housekeeping staff, who did not seem very professional. The shower gel dispenser was empty and went unnoticed, though this was not a major inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a short stay in Graz.

The parking was pricey at $24 per night, and how to park and check in was a bit of a challenge. The room we boom said courtyard view and that was a long shot, we looked out at a moldy/mossy rooftop... no courtyard to be found.

One of the best breakfasts out there, very well done. Hotel is nice and clean. Location is a brisk 25 minute walk to the old city.

Not much, it just needs around 15 minutes walk to reach the old city.

It is very new hotel and very clean. In addition, it is very close to the station and BILLA store is next to it.

Very beatufil hotel. Comfortable bed and nice interior. Pet friendly, 20€ for a night extra with a pet, more than fair. Very comfy bed!

Coffee is not tasty at all:( breakfast is average in camparison with Radisson net. Water stickers "for members" looks unwelcome:)

It is very close to the main train station meaning it’s easy to get to with heavy bags of arriving by train. Also an amazing hair dryer in the room!

There is noice in the room that seems like the aircon, we were to tired drove from Hungary n walk around the city, went to bad n passed out.

Location in the city near train station, easy walk everywhere. Typical new city hotel, not to big but great. Bed comfortable n facilities good, breakfast slso good. We only stay over night. Car park also good.

The rooms are a bit small, but they were clean and comfortable. I stayed at another Radisson hotel only once, a long time ago in another EU country, so I can’t really make a fair comparison. There are several public transport options nearby, as well as a few restaurants and grocery stores. We traveled by car and used the hotel’s parking. Upon arrival, it was almost empty, but spaces filled up quickly. Communication with the hotel before arrival was very good, and check-in and other procedures went smoothly.
