No staff on the hotel. Only 4 parking spaces, but few minutes away there is a large city parking (near the school or shopping mall). Unstable and poor Wi-Fi connection. In the bathroom was one half used toilet paper roll, not enough for two people for two days, same with shower gel.

Very good location if you want to avoid crowds. Not so far from Hallstatt, about 30mins away. The room was really clean, the bed was comfortable. The room had a nice view from balcony. The breakfast was quite good, not so much choice if you came a little bit late.

There was a problem with the agency handling the accommodation. After I paid, I didn’t get any response from them for three hours. I only received an automatic message saying they were too busy. Luckily, a woman showed up and helped me. The agency is worthless.

In this hotel everything is self check-in and every entrance works with a card. Good if you want to come late, but in our situation we have very bad experience. We got two cards and didin't know that one is not working. We left one card and phones in a room and went to sauna, but when we try to come back to our room, we saw that our card is not working. We tried to contact the staff from other guests phones, but the staff told that nobody comes to help us to enter the room till the next day morning. It was 18 pm, I am pregnant, without food, water, money and most importantly without the medications I have to take every day. You just can imagine how bad experience it was. Recommendation for staff: in such a large hotel, an employee must remain on duty, because you never know what trouble may happen to the guests. Or at least have a contact person available who could help at any time of the day.

The room was clean and good-sized. If you come early for breakfast, you can have a good, filling breakfast.

It is very understaffed. The person behind the telephone number did not keep his word, I did not receive replacement key for my not working one. The breakfast people were too few, so we always lacked several basic food. The glasses were dirty.

Great location and good local food available. The lift was very useful as we were on the top floor. We had a good view of the local area and mountains. No staff were around when we got there or when we left. We also never saw other guests as we believe we were the only ones there. The beds were comfy but the decor was a bit dated. Overall though we believe it was good value for money.

The sofa bed was hard and the breakfast was quite poor. One thing that should be improved is the check-in process and the way all guest information is collected, as it was quite inconvenient — the whole process took about half an hour, and it took another 30 minutes to receive the access code.

We were just passing through, and the accommodation was generally suitable for that purpose. Good value for money.

Stuff - perhaps students, doing a job - had no clue about hospitality! Breakfast - paid for! - run out at a quarter past nine a.m.! Lights off at the reception desk at 10 a.m. No one to ask a question! Horrible!

You have a self-check in and out. That makes it from the first sign, not welcome. Accessibility might be challenging if you have any disability. We had a room in the 3rd floor and the lift goes up to 2nd and then you have to take the stairs to the 3rd. The room was very outdated with a lot of stains on the carpet. The parking was only for 4 cars. The spa was small overcrowded also during late evening hours and bikini free, which was a surprise for us. Also was not mentioned anywhere on the description. We used the restaurant, and the pizza was disappointed.

Disorganization, when we came we didn't have codes for opening the key box - we have to call them, we didn't know where is our parking Breakfast - scrambled eggs been dry and last day even burned, first days they had fruit tea and cereals for kids, later they run out and next days they didn't served it anymore..

Lack of human interface. There is no receptionist, who could answer questions/respond to problems. Shower in the sauna did not work. When we reported it to a central telephone number the lady could do nothing about it. The pillows are big and uncomfortable. Parking lot in front of the Hotel is always full. Had to park my car some 400 m away. Narrow selection of food for breakfast that gets dull after the 3rd day of stay.

They promised a parking card. This does not exists by this hotel at all. I had to park 300m away. Heating was broken. The fixed it somehow, but not for 100%. They promised us a heater. It never happend, we need to find one in another room by ourself. The shower was broken, they promised to fix it, it never happend. Stinky bathroom.

The pillows though were too soft and wrinkly so we woke up with a wrinkled face. Our key card did not work for the sauna, so we could only use it on the first day, when someone opened the door for us. It was really awkward to walk to the sauna room in a towel and walk back to our room disappointed. We were not that happy with the restaurant: the choice of mains was very limited and not very imaginative. When I asked for a house white wine I did not get it but was offered to choose between the two wines on the special offer card. Also we were charged for two Wiener Schnitzels although we only had one, the other "schnitzel" was a vegetable one. The staff was all in all friendly but the atmosphere was somehow tense.

We spent three nights in this property. We were more or less satisfied with the room: it was spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom, but the shower cabin needs a refurbishment (there were stains, including rust on the tiles). The bed was a bit hard, but we could get used to it. The online check-in and check-out was quicker and easier then I thought it would be. The keyboxes are outside the main door and are easy to use. We always managed to find a parking spot in front of the hotel or in front of the Sparkasse bank (which was free on the weekend). Breakfast was ok: there were eggs and sausages for hot breakfast lovers. Cold options included: cereal, muesli, yoghurt, seeds, different cold cuts and cheese, tuna salad, vegetables, fruit, fresh bread rolls, toast bread and a selection of jams on offer every day. My daughter missed the sweet bakery products on some mornings and I missed the fruit salad on the last day, as it was only present the first two mornings, maybe this was just an oversight from hotel staff.

The hotel was centrally located in the center of the village. Parking was a bit scarce but we always found a space. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big, with a nice balcony overlooking the front. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is located in a lovely neighbourhood not far from the train station. The room was spacious and clean, with a private bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic. I can imagine spending a few more days here.
