Great host, amazing breakfast, well equiped room.

Very busy area (might be advantage for someone, but not for family with small children)

Location and breakfast are very good.

The room was very basic and small, not cosy. WiFi slow.

Very friendly owner. Located in the center of Ellmau. With variable food on breakfast. Owner cares of your daytime and suggest to take a food in container to have a meal on the mountain. Very kind from them. Rooms have all necessary facilities for staying.

Only thing that could be improved is the internet connection. But maybe it is good opportunity to spend time with your family )

Very nice lady at the reception, helpful, nice. Clean and big room, tasty breakfast. In the center, close to ski bus stop.

- very very very nice breakfast every morning, with a lot of options and delicios cakes :) - the room was spacious, with a nice view of the mountain - very friendly host, we got there pretty late due to heavy traffic and she found a solution for us to check-in late (we told her that we would be late) - the room and the bathroom have pretty new and nice furniture, it looks very modern

- parking was not granted, if you could find the parking spot free, you could park there, if not, you had to park somewhere else - the room was cold when we arrived, it didn't get warmer until next night when we got back from the slopes - the shower could use some improvement, as you wet the floor when taking a shower, and it damages the bathroom door as well - cash only payments - the "good" thing is that next to the pension is a bank with an ATM

Sonja was a wonderful host ! The 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for my family for Christmas. It is very close to a ski bus stop and all the stores.

Maybe some bins to separate the trash and recycling would be good! :)

Perfect location, the rooms were warm and clean, Breakfast was so delicious and the Host was nice and welcoming.

Perfect in all ways! Andrea are the best! She with the staff made my stay perfect. Location is in a central. Will definitely come back next summer! Ellmau is so charming.

The hotel has a great location. The biggest advantage is that the bus stop is right next door, so it was easy to get to the main lift with the kids. Another important aspect is that there is a children's ski school nearby, so we walked the kids. The room was spacious and had a balcony. There are even several cafés nearby. The ski storage room could use some renovation. It doesn't fit all the boots ...

A loved Pension Rainer, Andrea, Gabriella were excellent hosts, welcoming, friendly, so knowledgeable and helpful in ensuring we knew what facilities were available at the Pension and the Ellmau Ski Resort. The breakfasts were the best we have enjoyed anywhere and we would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely wish to return. Everything was spotless, the rooms were a good size, comfortable, excellent bathroom and stunning views from our balcony, the facilities for skiers were fantastic and our week stay was absolutely perfect in every way. Although in the centre of Ellmau which made it easy to explore, it was lovely and quiet so a good nights sleep was always had. Many thanks to Andrea, Gabriella and Ramona was making our stay so very special.

Location is perfect right in the middle of town. For the price (we had 3 in a large room) it was very good vfm. The bus stop is a 30 second walk and ski shop right underneath the block.

The wifi could do with an upgrade in order to stream movies.

Staff were lovely, the location is central to the town, with only a 20m walk to the ski bus which was every 15mins. Very convenient for ski hire and storage.

The booking description said washing machine and dryer, but these were not in the room. However, a washing service was provided on request, by the very helpful onsite staff.

This pension is right in the middle of town, we had loads of space and it was so well equipped. There is a ski bus stop right outside and a supermarket next door. The owner is so lovely and we felt really cared for by her. There is ski storage at the pension but we chose to hire a locker by the gondola to save carrying everything on the bus, worked well for us.

While the pension is a short walk from some ski lifts these are not the main ones, just some nursery slopes. The gondola is a ski bus ride away (6 buses an hour) which is fine but not what I expected (poor research on my part I expect!). The location is excellent, right in the village but this can mean there is a bit of noise early in the morning.

Location, value for money considering comfort etc. Staff (Andrea) really helpful

Not as sophisticated or authentic Austrian, but clean and functional and very good sized rooms

Not very clean, the lady that ran the place was rude & angry, we asked for fresh towels after 4 days as they started to smell !!! Almost WW3 🤦‍♂️
