The parking place in the garden is small, but we could leave the car on the street in front of the hotel. The fridge was a bit small for a family room.

The room was big, and super clean! Very innovative and modern as well. The beds were very very cozy! Which is highly important! All the hotel facilities were also very modern, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Omelets were a high class if comparing to other places we've been at. The team was very warm and nice, perfect English, gave us a true welcome feeling! Would highly recommend!!

Everything was perfect!

2 minutes after self-checkin I already knew this was going to be a 10/10 experience. Great location, nice quiet room with cozy furniture, comfy beds, easy parking, the host family is very friendly and professional, excellent breakfast, what else can you wish for. A great place to start your adventures around Semmering whether that's skiing, hiking, cycling, etc. Will definitely go back!

The atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing! We checked in super late in the evening and they had no problem leaving us the key for a self check out. The room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable along with the awesome rain shower.

We personally prefer a buffet style breakfast but the food was very tasty.

The staff is very friendly and the check-in went smoothly. We liked the fact that it is run by a family so it is nice to support a small local business. They provided some vegan spreads by request and had a vegan milk.

The communication was not great, we tried to reach them the day of arrival and were not able to. We were also not aware of the need to pay the room tax in cash prior to departure and had to go back to pay that.

Would be great if dinner would also be available upon request but we understand that it was off-season.

The owner/staff is really nice and helpful. We also loved the breakfast. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel itself is very closed to the bike park/ski lift and the Billa. Dogs are also welcomed, nice view from the apartments on the top floor.

We received modern, comfortable rooms with a view of the ski slope. We greatly appreciate the attentiveness and kindness of the lady serving breakfast. For instance, she noticed that we were traveling as a group of friends and without us requesting, she set up a table for us side by side for the next morning. The breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the espresso coffee earned a perfect 10/10 even from a discerning coffee enthusiast.

Superb room very comfortable beds with lovely view and very clean bathroom! Delicious and fresh breakfast, staff are friendly and helpful. Very quiet street ( we love that ) Location is 1 hour drive from Vienna so fantastic for short ski break. I would definitely recommend :)

Everything was perfect, the place is really close to the ski slope entry. The room was bigger what we expected. The breakfast was delicious. And it’s easy to park with car in the backyard, or on the other side of the road. The room is quiet, we didn’t hear any noises. The staff was really friendly.
