Saudi ArabiaThe check-in process was unclear. I arrived at the address and contacted the owners. There was no response. I waited 10 minutes and than I asked around at the shop next to the apartment. They said I had to ring the bell and the owners would come , I wish that was mentioned in the message
- Comfortable and Cool Apartment - very clean and good price - they prived filzmoos summer card that is very good and save some money - Free Parking but not in front of the apartment 100m waking not too far - I liked the location, it is close to the center and almost everything

CanadaI was confused about how to check-in. I did not see signage posted on front door or inside the lobby. However, after pressing doorbell, the host/owner did come to assist. I don't believe there was air conditioning in the apartment. Perhaps providing a fan in the apartment would be nice.
I booked the Studio Apartment. The apartment was modern, very clean, bright, and comfortable. I did not cook during the stay, although the kitchen looked well equipped with pans, utensils, plates, and cutlery. It is very spacious for 2 people. The host/owner was friendly and nice when we communicated in person. The location is central, with the tourist office located at street level of the building.

United StatesJacqui and Ralf were incredible hosts from start to finish! We stayed here for part of our honeymoon and they had the best restaurant recommendations, hiking recommendations, and everything overall. I feel very safe and supported during our stay and the location was perfect. Right outside was the bus stop to go to any trail heads! Our stay also included the Filzmoos pass which saved a lot of money for transportation! Couldn’t recommend this spot enough, plus great for families or bigger groups because you can cook and we could have fit 6 people in the room we stayed in! Plus gorgeous balcony over looking the River and beautiful views!

The town of Filzmoos pleasantly surprised us. The accommodation, Central Filzmoos, was centrally located with an amazing view of the mountains and the stream across the road. The apartment had a modern feel to it but also felt like it fitted in with the character of the town. Will most definitely go back.

United StatesHard to find a negative. But our kitchen was a bit dark and the burners slow to heat. But that feels like nitpicking. The apartment was everything you could want on a holiday.
The hosts here are wonderful and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The access to the garden area with a big trampoline for our children was lovely. And the views from our balcony were a great way to begin and end our day.

We loved everything about the property, that we even booked the other four days we had left in Austria there too. Jackie gave us very good details on how to find the place and where to park. She kept very good connections with us and gave us quick replies when needed, which was something I loved! Her English was perfect, which made it easy to communicate. The rooms were so comfortable and big enough for four people to move freely around. We had two bedrooms and two showers. I found everything I needed in the kitchen, even a dishwasher! The beds were very comfortable. The place was also so clean and tidy. I really recommend Central Filzmoos and definitely 5 stars 🌟. Even the location of Filzmoos was breath taken too. Very close to Hallstatt and Krimml waterfall, which is also a must to visit when in beautiful Austria 🇦🇹. Thank you so much for making our holiday so welcoming. 😊

Super clean and beautiful. Also, a very well equipped apartment, with everything that we’ve needed and a little more. Jacqui was very kind to us and very helpful as well. In the summer, you get acess to Filzmoos summer card, which give you discount (or free) activities, such as renting e-bikes. Totally recommend. Hope to be back someday.
