The check in was so stressful. We arrived late at night so we expected we can put our child to bed right away. But no her place wasn’t prepared. I called in the reception but no one answered so I came down and complain. They change our rooms cuz they said it is prepared there but same no bed prepared. So we stay in our old room and I came down again since Idk why they have a telephone but no one is answering it. I did asked for beddings for our child. They need a bit longer before it was delivered to us but I do understand cuz they are just 2 persons there. We made the bed by ourselves of course she offer to help but she also has other work because of people checking in. I just hope this matter won’t happen anymore to other families. We expect for at least a proper apology. It was such a nightmare if you have a child.

I liked everything, especially the cost, as on a mini tour of Europe

here for a one night stopover but very central and Radisson hotels rarely disappoint. Remarkable value for money and a stroll up the street to the Danube made a stop in Linz well worthwhile

Location is perfect to explore Linz. Rooms are spotless, great staff. We were upgraded to a junior suite for free. The suite was well equipped and views from the roof terrace were superb.

There was no fridge in the room. The breakfast was kind of poor as they haven’t refilled the food at least half an hour before the breakfast was over.

Location was good and the room was clean. Convenient to reach from the parking garage by lift.

Not a big deal but breakfast could have been a bit more impressive.

Family suite was spacious and clean, we appreciated two separate bathrooms, a bath tub, and the beautiful view from the balcony at the 7th floor. We liked the small park behind the hotel, great for walking a pet. Kids appreciated the playground just across the street.

We had a wonderful stay at Park Inn by Radisson Linz! 😊Our family suite was spacious, very cosy and we had a big terrace with a wonderful view of the city! 😊Staff were very kind, professional and friendly especially Mr. Sari! 😊We will definitely come back! 😊

A bit old fashioned. The hotel experience for me is not in its class, not nice, but a clean place where you can safely park your car on a long trip. Breakfast is poor.

The girls found small sweets in their room and we were able to spend the night in a comfortable, clean bed.

Excellent room with a balcony/terrace. Very good price/quality ratio. Probably due to the fact that we stayed there during a national holiday, meaning that many businesses were closed.

Breakfast was expensive (22 euros) so we skipped it and went to a Cafe around the corner. Really charming. And water temperature fluctuated a little the next morning when people were checking out. But these were very minor issues. We loved the hotel and would definitely stay again. Loved it.

Air conditioning on a day that hit 31C was a life saver. "We have AC" could be the hotel's motto and get my business. But it also had the perfect location (edge of the pedestrian only district), great view over the park (5th floor), spacious room, and extra pillows delivered upon request. Bed was firm, but that's normal for Europe. It was also incredibly quiet. "Soundproof room" is constantly listed but rarely accurate. This room. Was truly quiet. We couldn't hear road traffic or other rooms. Great water temperature and water pressure upon arrival as well.

The curtains do not completely block the light, I was a bit surprised, as we had a huge window and 2 doors leading to the terasse, suffice to say that the room was quite well lit. On the bathroom with the shower, the water kept turning super hot and then cold. Important to note, the sofa bed doesn't have a "mattress" like a bed, it mostly extends to accomodate, it's not the most comfortable. I asked for sheets & pillows to be ready when we arrived in order to use it and it wasn't done, thankfully, Sari was super quick to act and brought us what we needed.

Beautiful room, very spacious, clean, had a 2 bathroom one with a shower and one with a bathtub both were very big. AC was working really well, the bed was super comofrtable. The staff was very friendly, shoutout to Sari for his kidness and quick actions during the check-in. The view from the terasse in incredible. Great breakfast, good variety of sweet/salty food, they have the parking glued to the hotel, 18€ a day and the hotel is nicely located.
