Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

HungaryThe restaurants and some of the services are not available or open every day. The spa has a textile-free and a textile section, but they are essentially the same, separated by only a cord. :(
The room was spacious with modern furniture. The bed was very comfortable. The plane restaurants are very cool and have a fantastic vibe. The family spa part is small, but good :)

SlovakiaWhen booking I did not realize that AC was not there. Big problem for this time of the year and for such a small room. This makes the price expensive fof the type of room.
The staff at the reception. Very professional and kind. The breakfast. The possibility to check out by 12. I did not use all facilities in the spa.

BelgiumThe aircon was wrongly placed in the room which cooled the entrance but not rest of room.
Room was big, I suspect I got upgraded for complaining before arrival thay I had deliberately booked a room with spa access and found out by chance the spa was closed for 2 months! Hotel really should have informed guests before arrival. That left the basement pool which was big enough to swim in. You can get there by public bus from the train station no 52 Ziegelstrasse direction, HTL Bulme stop and cut though Medcenter Nord building and in 5 minutes, you get to the hotel. There is a big Spa supermarket 5 minutes walk away. There is a Chinese buffer restaurant 5 minutes walk away called "Zum Stern" maximum buffet cost 12.90€. No 40 bus into the centre. 7€ 24 hour ticket buy on bus or on Graz Mobil app. I got my ticket inspected 2 times in one day, don't cheat.

BelgiumIt's not a walking distance to the center, but they have public transportation. On Sundays, nothing works. Get ready for that.
Hotel was our stop after a long drive south. The check in was fast, rooms are spacious with good beds. After two nights, visiting swimming pool and sauna, we got properly rested to continue. They have a charger at the parking. Breakfast was good and variety of meals offered.

SwitzerlandThe swimming pool area is old and dirty. The food (restaurant) needs some attention. Our son was sick with viral bowl infection after donning there. He had some meat (gulash), which apparently was not fresh.
The plane restaurants were fun for our kids. The breakfast was excellent.

RomaniaThe place seems a little old, requires modernization (the exterior and rooms) The food served in the airplane restaurant is modest, not the best. But very big portion!!
It is something different and special. The concept, the service, people very warm and helpful. The spa very clean and with everything you need. The breakfast is also very rich and delicious!! What is a plus is that we had a little kitchenette in our room so we can prepare meals if wanted.

CroatiaIt would give one mark plus for all together experience. But the brakfast is served only until nine, which is not comfortable enough. In fact, I can not remember any hotel which I visited within the last few decades that was not serving breakfast at least until 9:30 but mostly until 10, which is usual standard.
Safe parking next to hotel, affordable price. Very nice room, large, looks new, balcony, complimentary coffe, machine and capsules in the room. Bathrobe, slippers available. Really large spa, with many options. But it is mostly non textile, so you have to adapt. Rich breakfast. Good restaurant in the plane with beautiful terrace in front. Smoking lounges next to the reception (bar) at the entrance of hotel and within the spa area.

CroatiaHeating in the whole room should be better. In my bathroom the radiator couldn't be switch on, reported to the front desk, but without any result. Brakfast ends at 9. Never in my life I had similar experience in hotels. Bar at the lobby was closed before 9 pm. No place in hotel to order a drink after that. In spa textile and textile free zones are mixed, when you walk arround you are entering from one to another and back, which can be confusing.
The first class room really nice, spacious, brigh, well furnished, looks brand new. Small balcony with table and chairs, good for smokers. Beds are comfortable. Parking convenient, 12 euro for 24 hours convenient price for me. Brekfast very good. Spa on two floors really large, offers many facilities. Lot of beds and areas to rest. Smoking lounges next to bar in the lobby, and next to cafe in Spa.

SerbiaThere are a lot of additional costs even though you are already paying for your stay. Salt room, bathrobe, simulations. Parking is an additional cost, but with some sketchy pricing. It was explained to me that it cost 12e per 24h and you pay only the hours you are parked at the hotel, but even though I was not in the hotel for most of the day because I went to explore city of Gaza, I still paid full 24 hours for parking each day.
The room was clean, and breakfast is worth having included. There are a lot of stuff to try and do, but a lot of them with additional cost.

GermanyThe bathroom was big, but the shower a bit small. I didn't have time to try out their sauna or pool facilities, but that's due to my working hours.
The room was big and clean and had a small fridge. The desk was set up with a writing folder equipped with all information and writing pad. I was impressed with a list of restaurants and On-Line food order options given to me by the reception after asking about dinner. Their restaurant was not open when I arrived. I think they have a Monday off policy. Very good breakfast and lunch (open buffet for both).
